Above and beyond the best plumbing experience I have had in a long time. Somehow a bottle of facial moisturizer was flushed and lodged in the toilet. He had to take the toilet apart to dislodge and remove the obstruction. Very professional, very neat, reasonable pricing, and great communication.

I called about a sewer back up on Friday at 6:30pm of the 4th of July weekend and by 7:30pm the the plumber (Taoreed) arrived. Once he started to snake the line he found that a root was the blockage and he continued to work the snake until he cut through the root and all was clear. By 8:30pm Taoreed was gone. The service I received from Taoreed was excellent and I would recommend him to anybody for his professionalism. Thank you.

I called Star Plumbing on a Tuesday to fix a clogged drain in my kitchen sink and bathroom shower. They gave me an appointment for later that same day. They were professional and knowledgeable. They talked me through the work and recommended solutions to keep the problem from repeating. I have experience with several big name plumbing companies over the last 20 some years and Star Plumbing gets my vote as the best I have ever worked with. And, you can't beat their prices!! In fact, I called them the very next day to fix a plumbing problem at my office.

I called at 4am. Sun morning. We arranged an 8am time for service. I wanted to sleep some 1st. That was my choice. He arrived at 7:45, and the job was complete be 8:30. He also quoted me half the cost of others that I called. I was very pleased and recomend them.

The plumber was able to do the job the same afternoon that i called. He identified the problem and fixed it within and hour and a half. No add on pricey suggestions which was a relief. Polite and clean service. I would use them again.

We called at 8:00 a.m. They said the plumber could be here by 10. He arrived by 10. Worked very hard to make sure it was done right. Everything was done right. Maybe a little pricey for some. ($385 - took two full hours). I would recommend them and hire them again.

This was the second plumber we called. The first was twice the price, but saw we were in a fix, and figured we'd pay. They were wrong. And Star Plumbing came out that evening. And he explained everything to us.
