Service Magic will harass you to give feed back. A representative called me on my phone for feed back. This has never happened before. Who needs an organization bothering you with this BS!!

He came on time, was very efficient and charged exactly what he quoted over the phone.

He was fast and fixed the problem - he actually discovered that what we thought was the original issue actually wasn't and got to the heart of the real leak immediately. The only reason I can't give him four stars is because, while he was quick to tear up the drywall and find the problem and cleaned up a bit, he still left a lot of debris and couldn't do any of the drywall repair.

Ani from Star called within minutes of submitting the bid on ServiceMagic. He was at the house within two hours. We had a bad leak in an exterior faucet, and it was necessary to replace both it and the interior valve for the outside line. The work was done well, at a reasonable price, all fixed within an or or so of his arrival.

Once contact was made via email I immediately received a phone call that someone could come out immediately which was a shock to me (not used to service this FAST). Contractor was very professional, knowledgable and nice.

The service was great, very professional. I had a short notice job that needed to be done and Star Plumbers was able to accomodate me the same day to get the problem with my gas pipe fixed.

Apologize for taking so long in sending this. I just wanted to wait until after our new stove was installed and confirm at that time everything was good to go. It was. We now have our gas pipes installed correctly and a brand new stove to boot. Many thanks for a superb Job!!!
