PUNCTUAL AND EFFICIENT

Guy arrives early for gas dryer install (good). Proceeds to do job and is very polite. Upon completion, informs me I need another part in order to connect the supplied dryer exhaust hose to my outlet as the supplied one is too short. Not his fault (although keeping some extra parts in the truck wouldn't be a bad idea). Head to Lowe's to pick up a duct to finish the job myself that night. When I pulled the dryer out, I saw that the lower part of the duct was barely tightened to the dryer itself and slipped right off. Tightened that up myself, installed the extended vent. Dryer works fine, but would have appreciated more thorough work.

We needed a pressure valve replaced, but were not entirely sure that was the problem. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, went to Home Depot to get the part and fixed it pretty quickly. The plumber was punctual, friendly, and did a good job. Would definitely use again.

Came out within the hour. Gave free estimate. Finisihed water heater repair in 1 hour. Cost was $225 Which is 25$ over industry average for 50 gallon thermostat and rod replacement. However very fast and freindly. Would recommend. Nice guy.
