The company was very prompt in calling me for my business; I had barely hung up with Service Magic before Ani was on the phone. He offered to come out immediately and perform the work. What he charged was probably slightly high, but he was very efficient, clean, friendly, and the work was completed in a very timely manner.

My hot water heater needed to be replaced. Apparently I don't have an ordinary water heater that you can just go to Sears or Lowes, buy and have someone install. Mine involved removing lots of pipes. It was a huge job and required two men to do the work. This contractor completed the job effectively and efficiently. I checked around with other plumbers and his price was more than fair. Upon completion, the plumbers checked the water coming out in the bathrooms and kitchen. He noticed that something was wrong with my kitchen faucet and fixed that as well. I was very pleased and I HIGHLY recommend this contractor.
