Replaced our water heater. I got 3 quotes. His was the lowest. Antonio came twice (quote and installation) exactly when he said he would be here. Installed on a holiday AND stayed until 8:30pm so that we'd have hot water the next day. Best experience we'd had in a long time as far as home improvement/repairs go.

The technician pointed out thing that I didn't know about the gas fireplace unit. The unit wasn't installed properly and it had a fan on it to blow warm air around the room.
