Not only did they perform the repair, they performed a thorough cleaning of my gas logs and the glass so it would be more attractive. The extra charge was very nominal and my fireplace looks like new and works great.

AbelAir's technician resolved a longstanding problem with a set of gas logs that another company originally installed. I had previously engaged another large Northern Virginia HVAC firm with high rates and a know-it-all technician who failed to correct the problem. So I was doubly pleased with AbelAir's technician. He was thorough, professional, and conscientious. And the price was very reasonable considering the time he devoted to correcting the problem. I will definitely be calling them for all of my HVAC needs.

About 1 hour before the appt. time, I got a call saying they would be late. But they did a fine job once there.

Antonio showed up early. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. Antonio not only repaired my fireplace but he explained what he was doing and how I could use my fireplace more efficiently. He repaired my fireplace as well as installed a blower. Antonio stayed until he was sure everything was working properly. Thanks to Antonio my gas fireplace is no longer just for decoration, it is an efficient heating source that is the centerpiece of the room. Antonio was wonderful! I was very impressed with the level of service provided. I will definitely be using them again!

Antonio (the technician) was very courteous and knowledgeable. He discussed other services offered by their business. I will use them for my gas fireplace service as well.
