This company replaced approximately 2 dozen shingles that were cracked. They also caulked around ridge vents & roof outlets. This company was recommended to me by our Remax relator. The company's quality & responsiveness were excellent. Affordable prices, very punctual, professional workmen and who left the area free of debris. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services.

This company is wonderful; they were so professional and pleasant to work with. It is refreshing to have a company that will listen and if you have an issue come right out and take care of it. They showed up on time and went right to work. They explained to my husband what they would be doing that day and the next. When I returned home from work that afternoon the roof was basically finished. They also did a very good job cleaning up my front and back lawn. The next morning, bright and early they were back to install the gutters, downspouts,and finished cleaning up. Also, a couple of week later I noticed some water stains by my wood burning stove pipe on the ceiling. Again, no problem came out and took care of it. At that time my husband and owner were discussing some of the trim around the sides and the owner was not happy with the way it looked so they took down and replaced several pieces. Cannot say enough about the wonderful experience with Walter Brown Roofing, they ROCK.

He did a very good job, did it quickly, efficient and was on time. I would definitely use him again and I would recommend him.

Matt, the owner and salesman, gave a no-pressure sales pitch that included additional work for items that he noticed needed attention and were of the type, "while we are here and have the materials, we will touch up this". It was clear that he knows his business and wants to provide good protection from the elements at a decent price. The price was lowest of the three quotes we received; however, the other quotes included brand-name accessories that improve the finished look as well as "certified by the manufacturer" workers. The operation is smaller than others and it takes a little more work to get what you want, but they are happy to work with you. The execution is where there was less than perfect satisfaction. We did not ask and we were not told that the job was going to take two days -- the other contractors had mentioned in the sales pitch that the work would be completed in one day, so we just made an assumption. The work was all covered between the days, so it was not a liability issue, just an inconvenience issue. The couple of times that Matt stopped by when they were doing the work, he provided the direction and recommendations to his crew that we had hoped would be there throughout the project. After completion, Matt did a quick walk-around inspection, but only from the ground. You will want to do as thorough of an inspection yourself after completion but before payment. After talking to him for a bit, he agreed to send someone out to take care of a few loose ends. That person took care of some, but not all of the items, so I just took care of the rest myself. As Matt assured, the work has been waterproof so far. Aesthetically, there are some areas that are not "neat", such as the ridge vent is a bit more wavy than the houses that had the "name brand" accessories. But with the savings by going with Walter Brown, we are going to be able to afford other home improvement projects as well as a weekend getaway this year.

We called W. Brown Roofing the morning after the storm, when we found all of the leaks. Despite a lot of calls for service, they came to our house the same day. Their estimate and recommendation was great, the work was completed the next day. Overall an excellent experience.

They did the work in a timely way after each house picked a color . Work was quick and clean up thurrow .

My wife and I were extremely pleased with every stage of the process dealing with Walter Brown Roofing. In the spring, Matt Cisna came out to our home to inspect and provide an estimate. He climbed on the roof, inspecting the roof. He went into the attic and inspected the wood. He wrote up a detailed estimate and recommended replacing the shingles and some of the wood. He completely explained the company process and products. There was no pressure to sign a contract. We got other estimates, but decided to go with Walter Brown Roofing. The crew showed up at 7AM and began covering the surrounding premises with tarps to protect our plants, sidewalks, etc. The five man crew worked steadily throughout the day and completed everything by 6PM. The project manager Bob was very informative about the process and provided many helpful suggestions for the care of my home. The roof looked great and they cleaned up everything as if they had never been there. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

We had three estimates and this company was the least expensive. They are a small company so the owner is easy to reach. They completed in the job in a few hours and no problems so far.

I received three quotes on having my roof completely redone. One quote was from a company that I picked online and they came in at over $10K. A seond company, that was referred to me and rates high on Angie's List was approximately $9400 and then Walter Brown Roofing was the lowest at $7500. I had received a recommendation for Walter Brown Roofing from several of my old neighbors and I was not disappointed. Matt Cisna, the owner, is very professional and was punctual. He does not have a big sales pitch like some of the others, but he knows his business. They showed up when they were supposed to and got the job done. They cleaned up at the end of each day (2 day job) and left my yard as it was when they arrived. I would use them again and have all ready referred a friend of mine to them.

I had used them before for some repair work. Also, I received another quote that was twice as much as theirs, so I decided to go with them. Their estimated price was $6700. I have scheduled the work, but they have not come out to do it yet.

Overall I was pleased with the experience from start to finish.

They did a very good job and they were very reasonable. They have done most of the roofs in my neighborhood and the neighbors recommended them. They seemed knowledgeable. They had a lot of business and I talked to them in April but they couldn?t do the work until July but that was okay.

They were extremely punctual. They were every professional and cleaned up after themselves everyday. They were very honest and accurate on the estimate of how much it would cost.
