I called George and left a message. He returned my call the same day. He told me that he could make it the following week. He called before coming. I was not at home but he assessed the problem and sealed the vent.

Great experience. George showed up as promised. Replacement went very smoothly. Fair pricing.

The job went well as indicated thjey were on time, did an excellant job, cleaned up after completing the work. The new gutters performed extremely well during the hurricane and the storm which followed. no leaks, no runoffs, just functioned as expected.

There was no visible sign of roof valley needing repair but water would come in during heavy rains. George inspected and stated that other than a few nails pops roof was in good shape and suggested sealing both sides of valley for $150. He performed the work but roof still leaked a little. He came out a few days later and resealed at no extra cost. No leaks there but during hurricane Irene we had a lot of water running in between chimney and its flashing. Called George on a Monday and came home on a Wednesday with a business card in my door stating that chimney flashing had been resealed and to mail him $100. Very casual and trusting. Since repairs we've had record rains and no leaks.

Very good, My calls were returned when arranging. The crew turned up and got on with the job when scheduled. They cleaned up and completed the job in a timely manner.

He got back to me within one business day, and had the estimate for me within 48 hours. He gave me a thorough bid and did a great job. They finished within a good time, and it was done properly the first time.

George Sieglein came to my home to give me an estimate. He explained what his crew would do. Offered some recommendations, and provided me with a written estimate. When I called him, he indicated the crew would be at my home at 9AM, which they were. They proceeded to get to work, installed the gutters and two downspouts. They cleaned up all their material and the waste from the old gutters and downspout. They completed the job with no delay, noticed a small problem with one of my old downspouts, and corrected that before leaving. I would use them again if I need work in the future.

Their price was reasonable. They do a high quality work and I recommend them. If there is a need, I would definitely use them again in the future too.

It turned out great. They fixed the leak instantly. He pointed out all of the problems. I had gutter issues, too, and I asked him questions about it. He couldn't do the work, but he recommended someone for the gutter work. He gave me advice, which was pretty nice. He took the time to talk to me about it. He immediately came out.

I called George in the morning. His office phone is basically an answering machine. I don't think he has anyone there in the daytime. But he did get back to me that day and showed up within a week to take a look and give me an estimate on fixing the roof and cleaning the gutters, which he couldn't do because he didn't know what kind of furnace exhaust rain deflector I needed. He took some numbers and said he would check with his supply house. I had to call him again when I never heard from him. He said he couldn't find out what kind of cap I needed. We agreed that he would fix the roof and do the rest later. I also told him I would get someone else to do the gutters. George and his crew arrived within a couple of days and did an excellent and speedy job. I can't fault the quality.of his work. He also took off the old exhaust rain deflector and said he would show it to the supplier. This guy, and his supplier, have apparently never heard of the internet. It's been almost 2 weeks and I finally called him again today and left a message at his and quot;office.and quot; The bottom line is, if you want someone who will do a good job at a reasonable price, this is your man. On the other hand, if you have anything the least bit unusual to have done, and you don't enjoy having to keep calling in to find out what the status of the job is, I'd look elsewhere.

I was selling my house and needed some minor repairs as a requirement for sale. Of the 5 companies I contacted only 3 responded, Columbia Roofing wanted $350 just to show up (plus the actual repairs-estimated at $50 to $150), the other took over a week just to call me back. George went to the house and estimated the work at $250 for the actual repairs listed as "required." After I waited a couple days for other roofers to respond my real estate agent told me I'd need a 1 year certification on top of the repairs. When I told George this he said that he'd need to do a couple extra things to provide the certification and that with the certification and all the repairs it would be $350. I had no doubts he was being a straight shooter with me and the extra $100 for the certification was in line with what my real estate agent had stated. He performed the work within a few days and got me the necessary paperwork for settlement. All in all; a very responsive and great person to deal with. I would use him again without a second thought.

He is great. He did a good job with a professional, friendly attitude. He had a reasonable price and was able to complete the work in a few hours. It was not a big roofing job, just a repair of an existing roof.

I was impressed with their honesty, (they didn't try to convince me a new roof was needed). The roof repair fixed the leak and I plan on calling them when I do need to replace my roof in a few years.

I wasn’t home when he came out. He was very responsive. The bid was good and mid-grade; however, he didn’t put it on paper. I would use him again if necessary.

They were prompt with the estimate. It took a bout 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to do the work, but it had rained a bit during the time which pushed the job back. They did a real good job rehanging and were nice guys.

It went well. He came to our house while we were at work so that we didn't need to take time off. He fixed the missing shingles and left us an invoice for the quoted price ($150.00), and allowed us to pay him later by check. It was very convenient, and he did a good job.

George was very honest; was going away and did not work with copper gutters so gave name of other roofer who never called back; George was very busy but worked in my house; did excellent repair job; no more roof problems; very professional

George was very responsive and was able to get up on the roof and give me an estimate without me being home. He just stopped by got up on the roof and figured out what needed to be fixed. He gave me 3 options on fixing the roof, and was able to work with me on what I could afford. I decided to take him up on all of his recommendations because the preventative maintenance that he suggested will end up saving us money and his price was great. (i.e. aluminum coating and flashing the chimneys and skylights) Roofing is a bit of crapshoot since it depends so much on weather so expect delays if there is rain and high winds. George was able to fix our roof in one day and I didn't even need to be home for that either. We received a bill in the mail that described the work performed. It was easy as pie.

We were very happy with George's work and responsiveness. We would certainly hire him again.

Excellent, even though we had a rocky start. It was rocky because time was of the essence, and George jumped in to assist us in getting the problems resolved. He is THE BEST in Baltimore. Thank you George.

George Sieglein Roofing was wonderful. They fit me in on a busy day even though it wasn't a big money job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am already planning on using them again in the future.

While this was a minor job in one sense, at least for a contractor, it wasn't for us as water was coming into the attic. They checked out the roof overall, stuck with the needed repairs and didn't try to make up unnecessary things to do. Good group...we'd call them again, NO doubt!

I thought that they were very honest. They came quickly, ya know, I didn't have a long wait. They were honest and didn't try to do more than they thought needed to be done. They explained to me exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it. I thought that they were very professional.

He was really responsive and I think he did a pretty good job. He was also very reasonably priced.
