This company was the worst I have ever worked with. I do not even want to give them one star. The company itself has no sense of time frame, customer service, or accountability. We were given them by our home insurance company to come inspect the issue we were having with our sump pump. Was that a mistake! They never once showed up on time to anything they set. The first night to some look at the issue they arrived at 7:30 pm! While they were initially here I heard them talk about how old the pump was but they explained the issue was that the main float was bad and wasn't activating so the alarm that was constantly going off was because the back up pump was being activated and they would order the part. They ordered the part, but WE had to call THEM to find out the part was in but conveniently the part was 'wrong' and they would have to replace the entire sump pump. Suspicious but whatever insurance covers it. So we wait more time for another part -- cool part of the process. Then the part comes in and once again WE call to find this out and set up a date for them to come out and install it. They say Friday from 3-7. ... We call them at 8 because no one has shown up. " We're still at another job it'll be a little longer. " At 9 something we call again and they are "finishing up that job but can still come to us. " At what ten o'clock at night? No thank you, reschedule this appointment. " Okay we can make it tomorrow from 8-10. " No 8 am is too early on a Saturday, so they'll come at 10 they say. 10:30 rolls around still nothing and once again WE call to find out " Oh it'll be closer to 12. " At 12:30 I call the main office and they tell me " Oh well this is a 24 hour business. " Then why do you set up time windows? The guy argues with me that this type of customer services is perfectly acceptable in their line of business then asks if i'll hold while he gets the technician on the line. The man didn't even have the courage to get back on the line instead has the technician call me so I switch over and the technician informs me he's not going to be able to make it at all is going to have to reschedule. Really? No thank you keep the $45 dollars you swindled out of us. I called the insurance company and had them set up another company to come out and start the process over again. I would rather wait another week for the problem to be fixed then ever deal with this dumpster fire of a company every again. I understand missing your window once, i've worked in the service industry long enough to understand, but for you to repetitively miss your windows, make customers call to find out there will be push back on time or parts coming in you're a joke of a business and entirely unprofessional. If you can avoid working with this company, do so. Otherwise enjoy missed time slots, showing up all hours of the day, terrible customer service, and calling THEM to find out what is happening with the job you're using them for.
