I hired Milestone Restoration due to flooding in my house in Burtonsville, MD. It was in February 2021 when i had a busted pipe in my basement at 10:45 pm. I called Milestone Restoration and within 30 minutes Patrice was at my house with his drying equipment. Patrice was very professional in his work and completed restoration as nothing ever happened. He also helped with the insurance claim and the process was smooth. I was very satisfied with Milestone Restoration and recommended Patrice to two of my neighbors.

Our basement flooded with 5 inches of water. Patrice who did our project was amazing! He got all the water out quickly. Helped move and sort our stuff. Was very processional. He submitted all of the info to our insurance company, which covered the whole cost. I hope my basement does not flood again, but I know who to call now
