I've read negative reviews and looks like these guys have a pattern to put their customers into an ignore list! He diagnosed that my refrigerator has a bad compressor and evaporator ($800) and after two unsuccessful attempts to fix my fridge and charging me $680 for labor he decided to just not answer my calls and texts.

American Home Shield employed a technician from Lemi's repair to fix my washing machine. The request was on August 3. Lemi technician requested parts and claimed they fixed it by mid August. The next day the machine was broken again. Lemi's technician did not take my or American Home Shield's calls after that. It is Sep 12 and I still don't have my washing machine fixed. I have 3 kids under 5. It makes no sense why Lemis just stopped responding. Terrible and unethical service. Stay away and if you are assigned this technician through AHS or other home warranties, run.

Iâ m extremely happy that we chose this company for our repair work. We had an issue with our refrigerator/freezer and they came the day we called them. The person who did the repair was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make sure the service was completed that day. There was an issue that popped up a few weeks later related to the repair and they came back the same day and fixed things for no additional charge. This is a great company and I would highly recommend them.

Lemi was a pleasure to have done business with. He accurately diagnosed and repaired my faulty refrigerator with new parts that he was able to get in short order. Lemi was prompt to reply to my service request and kept me updated with repair status throughout the process. A true professional with an affable nature, I highly recommend Lemi and would hire him again in the future.

Mr LEMI returned my call at 7:45am mid-week for an emergency refrigerator repair that I discovered after being on vacation for a week. Mr. LEMI was at my house before 11am, and finished before 1pm. He was punctual, practical, charged a fair price, and kind. I highly recommend him. Five stars ð ð ð ð ð

Initially, Lemi was very confident he could repair our refrigerator and ice maker. After the 3rd visit he really did not know what to do. The problem is still not fixed and that is after spending almost $600!!!! Now, after repeated attempts of reaching out to him, he is not responding to our text. He is ignoring us and our repair that is still not complete. And to make matters worse, a problem with the freezer door build-up of ice has developed AFTER he worked on it and took it all apart. It does seems like it was put back together properly. At least he could have returned our text messages to tell us he does not know how to fix it. Just man up to his lack of knowing instead of ignoring us. Not good business. Do not recommend using this company!

Lemi is a professional; honest, knowledgeable, straight forward and efficient. I have used his company three times now and will use him again. In this day and age it is refreshing to work with someone who actually cares about his work rather than just making as much money as possible by taking advantage of the customer.

Lemi came out to fix our refrigerator, he initially repaired it but did not put in a new sensor. I told him the refrigerator was not adjusting properly and he came out to fix it the next business day and got it running.

Work was done rather quickly. Paid about $400 for replacing icemaker control board.
