I contacted Lemi's and received quick prompt same day service within hours of making the call. Lemmy found the source of the problem and corrected it within an hour upon arriving at my residence. I was very pleased with my overall experience with Lemmy and will use his services when needed in the future on all my appliances. I would highly recommend Lemi's.

He returned my call quickly. His arrival was after working hour's and only about 1 1/2 hours from my call. My oven was repaired quickly and at a reasonable cost.

The only "minus" I might add is that it took the repairman a bit longer to get to my house than I had originally figured it would take him. But I understand that previous jobs can end up taking much longer than the repairman could have estimated.

This guy was horrible. I had a refrigerator that stopped cooling. He claimed it was the compressor but the only test he performed was to touch to it. The compressor was not warm so he assumed it was the compressor. When he replaced it, the fridge still did not cool and when he removed the old compressor, it was empty, no Freon. Lemi never checked for a leak, he just wanted to start replacing things until the fridge started working again. This was not the worst of it. For some unknown reason, he used an acetylene torch to do the soldering. Acetylene torches produce a puff of soot each time they are lighted. He spent 30 minutes trying to light the torch. Soot was everywhere! My entire kitchen was covered in soot - every object, every surface (horizontal and vertical)! Soot was on the walls, the cabinets, everywhere! It spread into the adjacent powder room, living room and family room. Home Advisor instructed me to make Lemi pay for a professional cleaning service. Lemi initially agreed because he had insurance. Later he changed his mind and did not want to file a claim. He said he would pay out of pocket. Later he changed his mind again because it was too expensive. He said he would do the cleaning himself. There was no way in hell I was letting this guy clean my house. He was clueless and did not comprehend the extent of the mess. Soot must be vacuumed as much as possible first. It smears when you wipe it. The walls, floors, carpet, cabinets, furniture, upholstery, and objects had to be vacuumed before they could be cleaned. It was a nightmare! To make matters worse, no other company wanted to work on the fridge because they could not guarantee Lemi's work. These other companies would have had to start all over and replace the compressor again and so on and so forth. I ended up having to buy another refrigerator because it now wasn't worth the time, hassle, or money to fix it. The final solution was for Lemi and I to part company without him receiving a single penny! He is lucky I did not sue him for damages to my home. Lemi is dishonest and incompetent. Stay away from this guy!
