Lemi repaired our malfunctioning built-in micro wave. The service required three return trips, for which we were given a time, but arrival was other than the time provided. Aside from this, the service provided was superb and much more inexpensive than I thought it would be. I would recommend Lemi and I would use this service again.

Lemi showed up on time and got to work right and was professional. My Kenmore dryer was fixed in no time. Also, the price was very reasonable.

I called Lemi for my garbage disposal breakdown, he came in the same day with the new disposal. The price he gave me for the disposal is very reasonable, he didn't mark up the price. He help me with the loose sink tab but he didn't charge me anything. I will call him back for my home need. thanks Lemi.

We called Lemi in the morning and he came within a couple hours! He worked hard to fix our dishwasher, at one point leaving and coming back to buy the parts that needed to be replaced. The cost was so reasonable for how long and hard he worked on it. I mentioned that our washing machine had also been acting up with an error code. He looked at it and very quickly found a screw that needed to be tightened and was confident that it would be fixed. We are so happy we found him!

Lemi was well prepared to diagnose the dishwasher issue and had the needed replacement part in his truck. The work was performed efficiently and the service was good. Lemi called to indicate his arrival was delayed.

Lemi was prompt, professional. I was very happy he went beyond expectations. This was my second time hiring Lemi.

He came the Friday of the New Years' Holiday weekend, within just a few hours of my call. He seemed to have fixed our dryer, advised that we don't need a new one, and how to prevent the problem from recurring in the future. However, the dryer is still not working properly. Will call him tomorrow.

Lemi is a total pro. He was at my house on short notice and on time. Installed my new dishwasher and had to work a little extra because the hookups were in different areas. He left the area clean and dry and even showed me how to use it. I highly recommend Lemi’s services.

We had been having an off and on whirring noise from refrigerator. When I called him he seemed to know exactly What it was. As promised, he called t say he was on way. Upon arrival he went right to work. Not sure how long he was here, perhaps 2 hours. He had to revive everything from freezer, the door and back panels. There was a huge buildup of ice on coils. Took him a while to melt it. He then checked that noise had stopped by plugging in refrigerator (which it had). He then reassembled everything. Very professional. I will call him again if I have applince problem

My experience was excellent. I called in the morning and Lemi was able to come by the same day. He said he'd call when he finished 2 morning jobs and that he expected it to be around 12 noon. At 11:30 am, he called to say he was on his way. After diagnosing the problem, he had to go to retrieve a part - we agreed on a time to meet back up at my house and he was back at the exact time we had agreed upon. He showed me what was wrong, discussed the price first, got the part, and finished the job. He was courteous, professional and pointed out a safety issue that he saw. I would certainly recommend this company!

Lemi was a true professional. He did not quit on the repair of my LG refrigerator until the repair was complete. I have since learned that LG refrigerators are notoriously poor, malfunction easily and are difficult to repair. But he stayed at it until it was fixed completely. Five stars to him without hesitation.

We have a built-in Thermador refrigerator. In the past, we have used ABW for a repair since we bought the appliances from them. It was a very unpleasant experience to say the least ...the people they sent knew nothing and it took 5 visits before the problem was finally resolved. I was lucky enough to find Lemi and he was amazing....the problems in these high end refrigerators is (1) diagnosing the problem correctly and (2) figuring out how to access the proper area to fix or install a new part. Lemi diagnosed the problem immediately and, though it took time, finally reached the defrost mechanism....eventually found that a part of the installation packaging was blocking the drainage valve for the defrosting mechanism! I can't even imagine how many visits it would have taken for others to find this and figure out how to get the refrigerator apart to rectify it! Thank you, Lemi! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
