Prospect had great customer service and really took care of me and my floors, easy to work with and very communicative.The finished product is amazing and I love it and they are the ones that helped me to achieve it. I definitely recommend them!

The work was professional and very quick. I am amazed at how thorough, careful, and skilled the workers are. They pulled out carpet, replaced it with hardwood, and replaced wood on all the stairs. More than 1,000 square feet completed in 2.5 days. I highly recommend PHF!

Jodi was very helpful and she accommodate me so I did not have to leave my house while the crew was working. They did the whole main floor there were some miscommunication between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd crew but as soon as I made Jodi and Mike aware they took care of it. The floors look amazing.

Floor sanding: 3 bedrooms and small hallway, including moving furniture. Excellent job, the floors look great. I appreciated the daily follow-up by the office which kept me informed as the work progressed. I found everyone to be very professional and the floors look great. Very pleased and would hire again.

Prospect Hardwood Flooring completed their work of refinishing the hardwood flooring in our home on February 1, 2020. And we purposely waited six weeks before writing this review. We were very satisfied with their work when it was completed on February 1st and we're still very satisfied to this day. Job well done by the team at Prospect Hardwood Flooring.

A+ work. I contacted at the last minute and within hours they were at my home resurfacing my floors. The team was professional - the customer service was superior - the results are spectacular.
