Mike & Jodi Blot did a great job, also I'd like to give credit to the installation crew they acted professional and responded immediately to my notes and comments.

Mike was great. Work took a little longer but the end result was worth it. You will like these guys.

Mike Blot was an excellent project manager! He kept in touch and came by to inspect the work and address any questions I had. The gentlemen that came to do the work were very nice and did a great job. I was impressed with the service and even made a referral before having the job completed.

From our first contact with this company until the last of the install was complete, I can do nothing but rave. The customer service from Mike and Jodi was top notch. The guys that actually installed the flooring were very professional and efficient. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Prospect Development!

Mike came out and gave me an estimate and I got an appointment quickly. The workers came out on time and worked diligently. I am pleased with the outcome. I would certainly call upon Prospect Development again for future projects.

On a scale of 1-10 I would give them 25. My floors were more difficult than expected. Mike was a perfectionist and although the job took longer than estimated the results were worth the wait.

The crew were very professional and worked hard at doing their job. Our job was scheduled to be completed in two days. The crew work hard all day and got our job completed in one day. We are very happy with the job they did. Mike was outstanding, came and gave us a quote, stopped by while work was in progress, then came back the next day to inspect the job. We paid them no money for the job until Mike came by and did his inspection and asked us if we were satisfied. we would use them again and highly recommend them.

I had obtained two quotes for my flooring project prior to talking with Mike at Prospect. Both were triple the amount Mike quoted because he took the time to assess our situation and come up with the most cost effective way to complete the project. The project was completed in time and on budget. And they worked in last minute additions with no issues.

Mike and his team did a great job. The team showed up on schedule. Tore out the old floor. Laid the new floor. Returned the big desk to where it was supposed to be. Cleaned up after they were done. You could never tell that anyone had been working in the house, except for the great new floor. We plan to use them again to put in a new bedroom floor. Thanks to Mike and his team for a job well done.

How refreshing. Mike's guys came when they said they would, they did an absolutely beautiful job and they finished exactly when they said they would. They even drove quite a distance to get the color of stain that I wanted. I had changed my mind from what I originally wanted but it was "no problem". Everyone I worked with during the estimate and installation process were polite, courteous and knowledgable. The project was completed on time and looked great. The owner kept in contact to let me me know time and answered my questions ina timely manner. I will have them complete other work for me in the future.

Even though it was a small job, Prospect Development came out immediately to provide an estimate. The estimate was fair and reasonable and once given the go ahead, came out within a day or two to complete the job. They completed the job on time and with no surprises.
