Our company representative, was excellent. He was responsive, friendly and patient. His knowledge about hardwood flooring and the refinishing process was thorough and extremely helpful. The installation team was top notch. They were on time every day and worked steadily and surely all day and even into the evening if needed to stay on schedule. This was a big job (6 rooms, a foyer, stairs and a powder room) but the crew completed it within the projected time schedule. The floors are absolutely beautiful. We are recommending your company to all our friends. Outstanding work!

Prospect had a very fast response to my inquiry and got some out of our house to provide an estimate. The estimate was quick and very competitive. Hiring the firm was a no brainer. The installers completed the job in two days, as promised, including the removal of carpet in our sitting room, master bedroom and walk in closet. They were able to work around the furniture in the room, which minimized disruption.

They fixed the problems I noted while they were still here. After they left I noticed where the workers scraped paint off the wall when moving furniture back. The walls had been painted a week earlier. Just wished the workers had been honest and told me about the scraping instead of finding it in less than 12 hours of their leaving. Not sure I will use again when doing carpet next month.
