I highly recommend this company. Mike was terrific, answering hundreds of questions for me, and thoroughly explained the process. The crew was on time, professional, and did an excellent job. We had some floors refinished, and also installed new hardwood. Everything looks excellent. Very competitive pricing as well!

Prospect runs a first rate business. Working with mike was a pleasure. He was knowledgable of my requirements and attentive to the details of the work to be done. His crew were on time and worked nonstop till the project was completed. My refinished floors look like newly installed floors. First rate quality service and people to work with. Owner, Mike Blot is a top rate professional who provided some of the best customer service of any vendor/contractor I have ever worked with. His crew was on time and meticulous in their work. I had a total of 5 bedrooms, a loft area, dining room, hallway, and foyer refinished to perfection!. Mike followed up with a visit the day after his crew completed the job to inspect and discuss maintenance. No need to keep hunting for someone else!

Incredible company!!! Mike Blot was wonderful - his knowledge and advice were invaluable. We had old wood floors and carpeting removed and beautiful, new hardwood flooring installed throughout almost the entire main floor. Mike, along with Jodi, walked us through the entire process, kept us apprised of each step, and coordinated with other vendors for the stair remodel. They were absolutely the best and the floors look spectacular!!! I would whole-heartedly recommend!!!

I wish that all companies were as conscientious as this one. Perfect customer service. They refinished the hardwood floors in a 65 year old house and they look like a brand new installation. The colors were very well matched with an adjoining area that we had refinished a few years ago. Their pricing is extremely competitive. The cost was less than that for a similar area we had done in the past. Great Job, Guys!

1st Class Flooring Contractor. Hardwood in Living Room to replace carpet and match to existing hardwood in Family Room right behind the L.R. Also, install wood on all stairs (many/many( & landings). Very professional from start to finish. We never thought that the match could be done, but they did it and did it extremely well. From first call to them to an estimate, they were always on time and focused on what their job was. They cleaned up every day and kept dust to a minimum (they have machines that suck back what they sand). I wish all contractors were like Prospect Flooring, it would make these type of projects a pleasure...to know you can put your trust in them.

Scheduled surveys Home Depot and Prospect Development the same day in order to obtain a quote for the work. Prospect completed the job before Home Depot could even come back to me with a quote! Not sorry at all that I didn't wait for Home Depot! Couldn't be happier with the choice we made.

We did a major home renovation by taking up all of our floor tile (large kitchen, dining, living room, bathroom, and carpeted stairs) and replacing with hardwood. By far the largest home renovation we've ever done, and by far the easiest with Mike and Jodi's coordination and execution. Jodi set up convenient appointment with Mike- who arrived on time, prepared, provided recommendations, displayed confidence and had samples. Mike quickly provided spot on price and job duration estimates. Actually, finished earlier than we expected. Mike was on-site daily ensuring project was proceeding as expected. This was a soup to nuts operation, including removal of appliances, toilet, vanity, and furniture. We could not be happier with our floors and highly recommend Prospect! THANK YOU!
