The crew was on time and worked diligently to complete the job ahead of schedule so that we could move in. Jodi was always available for any questions and Mike was exceptional at providing constructive feedback. The final result was amazing! We love our floors so much, thank you!

Our living room and dining room hardwood floors were showing signs of wear after 45 years of use. The clincher was that our dog had wet the carpets on the floors in numerous places and left dark stains. Prospect replaced some of the wood where the dark stains were and then refinished the floors in both rooms. The floors look like new! Prospect did a great job, and I found Mike Blot to be very professional and knowledgeable.

They were on time every day and always cleaned the site before they left every day.

We had had brazilian cherry hardwood floor installed in our new home. Mike and his team handled the project very professionally. The wood they used is a very good quality product. There were some problems with matching existing brazilian cherry wood flooring. They managed to overcome the problem. They were very responsive and attentive to our inquiries.
