The quality of the work is incredible. My floors are amazing and honestly look better than they did when we bought the house from an excellent builder Craftmark. The customer service didn't stop with finishing the job, Mike inspected the work and gave invaluable maintenance advice. Listen, I can't express the satisfaction and gratitude we have for this company and with their work. Highly, highly recommend!!

Wood Flooring Installed We had hardwood floors installed in our living room, dining area, hall and two sets of stairs - 6 stairs each. We were very happy with the installation. The professionalism and help of Mr. Mike Blot was exceptional and the crew was very nice... They cleaned up after the installation and did a fine job with everything. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the overall service of Prospect Flooring. The customer service was outstanding and the work was performed on time as stated. i really like the fact that Mike came back after the work was completed to inspect and to make sure I was happy with the end results.

Very professional, timely. We have 2 sets of stairs and 4 grandchildren who's regular visits over 10 years really took it's toll. The steps look better now than when they were first installed. And the pricing was very reasonable.

The level of service as well as customer service is unbelievable. We have been doing work on the house and have had huge issues with other companies so I went in with a bad attitude assuming it was going to be another run around but not with these guys. Will use them again when we do the other rooms. Finding a company these days that actually cares is rare and these guys do care.

They were amazing! They showed up early, the work they did was outstanding and they cleaned everything before they left. It was the best I could have asked for. I will use them again in the future when I do my upstairs flooring! Mike came out a few times and answered all my questions and the crew was so friendly! I couldn't have asked for a better team!

Impeccable service and workmanship.

Overall, very impressed with the work they did on floors. Despite being only 10+ years old, the floors needed some TLC which Prospect delivered. The interaction with Mike and Jodi were great, they were flexible with our schedule, and I would without a doubt, recommend them to anyone else needing an overhaul on their hardwood floors. While the floors came out looking fantastic, they did mange to get stain on 3 of my doorknobs (yes doorknobs) which at the moment, I have not been able to get off and when replacing the shoe molding, they damaged a piece of the baseboard. If I can remove the stain on the knobs, then no harm no foul otherwise its a bit of an unfortunate mishap in my opinion. I will state that our in Lovettsville, VA, there are not a lot of options for us. We contacted 4 contractors and ultimately only received quotes from Prospect and one other. For what was done on our floors, well worth they money!

Mike and his crew deliver a great product with great quality standards. The installation was scheduled very quickly and the installation team worked very hard and had it completed and looking great in no time. No hitches anywhere.
