PHL did a fantastic job removing and disposing of old carpet and installing hardwood flooring in 4 bedrooms, hallway and steps in our home. Joe and Alyssa kept in daily contact about the schedule and progress of the job. Workers were great--prompt, cleaned up daily and friendly. Job completed as promised and looks beautiful. PHW did a great job of refinishing our wood floors and stairs with the English Chestnut stain. The bid was fair, they worked within our schedule and communication/photos from Alisa were appreciated as we were out of town during the project. It was a lot of work and $ to empty 2 floors of furniture but the results were worth it! The only downside is the fine layer of dust left over the cabinets, doors, walls, she molding and surfaces. Plan time to wipe down all surfaces before returning the furniture!

Prospect Hardwood Flooring repaired my wood floor which was damaged by another floor resurfacing company. There were circular marks all over the floor, dents on the wood and uneven staining. They did a fantastic job. My floor looks wonderful.

For only $50, they replaced a gouged board during refinishing and made the floor look like new. Fantastic job!

I appreciated the customer support each day. They started the job soon after we agreed to the contract. We had a problem with spotting and marks left on the floors. The crew did come back to rebuff and add an additional coat.

Very fast professional. Spoke to Mike Blot on Sunday, he even came that same day to my house. After me knowing what I want and we both were on the same page they were hired. Started on Tue finished on Thu.Jodi was amazing too. Just saw a negative review amd decided to write one too. They did one amazing job is all I cam say.

Dear Home Advisor, This is my second review of Prospect Hardwood Flooring. I submitted the first one yesterday (10 /30/20). After reconsidering what occurred overnight, I have decided to submit a revised or second review. The initial review was written in anger and confusion because the incident had just occurred less than an hour prior to the review. Additionally, the ratings provided in that review were higher because I also considered the customer service provided by Office Manager, Jodi L., whose assistance throughout the ordeal was great, compassionate, and understanding, as opposed to, Mike Blot, whose conduct and behavior were abusive, irrational, extremely unprofessional considering what our complaints were about the finished product and workmanship. Additionally, the team that performed the project did not honor the terms of the contract. We are now considering all recourse to get a resolution to this issue.
