Prospect Hardwood Flooring of Maryland

I like Prospect Harwood Flooring Mike Blot gave me a good price there work was excellant Chris and Jose was excellant installer on time and was about there business. I would diffently use Prospect Hardwood flooring again for all my hardwood installations very very very please.

Prospect Hardwood flooring did an excellent job. They provided us with expert advice. We found that the previous company we had decided to go with was subcontracting out the installation of the flooring. We did not want this, so we had Prospect come in to do the installation. Mike came by and informed us that the product the previous firm had ordered was low quality and wouldn't match the existing flooring in our house. Prospect was able to order the correct stuff, and install it, at a better price than the other company. I would very much receommend them for flooring.

They did such beautiful work that the house is completely transformed. The work is perfect, really!

Very professional. Came to my home for an estimate and was on time, explained thoroughly. All questions were answered without hesitation. Called prior to delivery with timeframe. Arrived for installation 10 minutes early and never stopped working. Encountered an area of concern and called supervisor immediately who drove over to inspect and advise on how to proceed AFTER calling me first. Finished several hours early. Move furniture themselves and put back upon completion. Walls trim did have have small dings and knicks, but I did not question it since it was in the contract that it could happen. I did feel it was in areas where completely avoidable, but were minimal so I touched up as necessary myself. Extremely thorough, extremely explanatory. Absolutely would use this company again and highly recommend.

He was great! Knowledgeable and incredibly fast service. On-time, and did everything that they said they would. The job was actually more complicated than we originally thought, and they did the job exactly the right way.

Prospect flooring did a great job installing our hardwood floors. They also installed our baseboards for a small cost but it was so worth it, now it is complete and looking awesome. I have already referred Prospect out to other friends and clients so they can get their hard wood stairs and flooring done. I will definitely keep referring them out to other clients that need this type of service.

There wasn't any long wait between estimate and installation.

Not only did they do a great job, but they were able to start it within days of them providing their estimate where as the other guys I would have had to wait weeks.

Had hardwood floors refinished in two rooms, work was first rate, will use them again.

It was a pleasure to work with Prospect Flooring and the results are outstanding! True professionals, Jodi and Mike communicated prior, during and after the job to make sure I was aware of every step and schedule! The crew arrived ON TIME daily, were very respectful and courteous and did a great job! My 20 year old floors look brand new! So very satisfied with every aspect of the project, I will hire Prospect again and will refer them to all my friends!!!

Prospect Hardwood did a good job. Project manager Mike Blot did a great job of explaining everything, all questions were answered, and both he and Jodi in the office kept me informed/updated on daily basis. Project was completed before the promised deadline. Had hardwood flooring in kitchen/family room area sanded and restained, and hardwood installed on basement and bedroom levels.

They were extremely timely and they were so confident and our floors look amazing. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is I was told they would finish the thresholds and they were not finished. Otherwise they were amazing and my floors were gorgeous.
