I can't recommend the Prospect team strongly enough. They are truly professionals in the field, on time, did a superior job, no mess left behind and the follow up inspection was complete to our satisfaction. Our hardwood floors never looked so good. Hats of to Mike and his team.

Mike and his team are fantastic. They took a wood flooring almost seventy years old with many years of neglect and pet stains and made it look better than new. And not a dust particle was visable! I could not believe my eyes when i walked in the house. I highly recommend Prospect Development Co. Inc. and will be having them do more work for me in the near future. The sales rep that came to the house was very professional. He mentioned that the floors would take about 4-6 hours. Unfortunately, the guys arrived at 8:30am and they didn't finish until about 9pm that night. Other then that the floors look great and they were done in one day.

This company is terrific! They were on time, they were careful with our furniture, and they did a beautiful job, with almost no dust left behind. Definitely recommend them without reservation.

No follow up after refinishing. "Ultra Gloss" turned out to be semi-gloss at best. After the payment processed Mike Block never checked to see if the work was satisfactory. The floor looks better, but it isn't what I'd hoped for.

Very polite and efficient. My floors look like new! We had some boards that need replacing and they were able to blend them into the rest of the woodwork. They cleaned up everything when they left.

Prompt response and did not try to oversell. Missed the first scheduled appointment time due to earlier project running over but once they arrived did a great job! Will use again.
