Pipeworks provided great service for a reasonable price. They were responsive and attentive to any questions or issues we had throughout the process.

The customer service was great. I appreciate that the plumber could and did handle more than one task. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I believe his name is Mack, anyway, I have found a new company to handle my plumbing needs. The cost was reasonable.

The technician Steve was on time, polite & professional. Knew what was doing and installed the faucet in no time. I just let him go to work!

I had a backed-up main drain line. They gave me an estimate over the phone which was a fixed price for the full job. They came on time and explained the possible issues and how to solve the problem. They snaked the main line thoroughly. However, the real issue was that I had severe problems with my sewer line. The snaking did not really accomplish anything, it just got water flowing for a day or two before it clogged again. They came back a second time to snake it at no charge. This was nice, but it became clogged within 24 hours. The snaking was just completely pointless. They recommended a camera inspection for an additional, but it was very expensive. Overall, the company did a good job with the snaking and their customer service was great. However, the price also seemed to be high and it did not really accomplish anything.

They provided be honest advice on my issue and were clear in informing me of what caused the issue as well as the work they were doing!

Honest, great professional service and fair price for services needed. They were quick to offer a quote and gave me three different offers for work they could provide. The technician arrived quickly and did an outstanding job fixing the leak and changing out the fixtures. I would highly recommend.
