Our water heater failed and I looked for service as soon as reasonably possible. TemperaturePro responded within a half hour and set up service for the following day. Tony provided professional, friendly and efficient service. He explained everything he thought necessary and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. We had a small glitch that was taken care of first thing the next day. I highly recommend this company and Tony specifically.

Extremely professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. Tony went out of his way to assess some other plumbing problems we're going to have and gave us an estimate. There was no pressure from him to do the work right away. Just call when we need him to come out. Didn't cost any extra for the assessment either. The work on a bath faucet that we have had problems with since we moved in almost two years ago and its working great now. It was done fairly quickly with very little downtime as far as having no running water in the house. He did a great job. I'll be calling him back in the near future. Thanks!!

Outstanding work. My wife and I are making some improvements to the backyard. As part of this, we needed a water spigot added. This required re-piping inside our finished basement. Tony, the rep who provided the estimate and then completed the job was friendly, courteous and professional. He saved us from having to have holes drilled through the ceiling hoists (as proposed by the other two companies), by suggesting instead that we route the water pipes through an existing passage further back in the ceiling. He also saved us from any follow-up work (again, as we were advised by the other two companies) by putting access panels to cover the two or three holes that had to be made in the finished basement. The basement looks as good as it was before he started work. Tony completed the work within the estimated time of 6-7 hours and left the basement quite clean. Tony was also very helpful on a couple of other plumbing issues I had: draining the water heater and checking the sump pump to see if it needed replacement. All this for a lower cost than that indicated in the other estimates we received!

What I appreciated most about the service was Todd taking the time to explain the process and answer my multiple questions. I had a home warranty with AHS, but the company paired me with a deceptive vendor that inflated charges and then AHS did nothing to help so I went out of pocket to find a reputable company. Temperature Pro Heating & Plumbing pricing was in line with other vendors, the scheduling was flexible, and I knew I was being treated fairly. Todd taking the time to educate and not hard sell was the key to my selecting him, and their quality work will keep them as one of my favorites on Home Advisor. I cancelled my AHS home warranty as a result. Thanks for a great job and restoring my confidence in small businesses!
