The plumber spent time with me explaining my options and the various prices. I've been looking for a good, reliable plumber for a long time and I've finally found one. The price was good... the work was good... and the followup was good. Also, they contact you (text in my case) when the plumber is on the way.

The plumber (Tony) went above and beyond to install what I needed to replace my old electric stove with a new gas stove.

EXCELLENT company. Would recommend VERY highly. Best pricing (by far) of the 3 companies that visited our home to provide a quote. If you have a busy schedule, don't waste your time with the other companies.

"Pro" is not just part of their name; these guys really know their stuff. I hired them for extending a gas line to the kitchen and they did a super job. Tony S. initially came by for the estimate. He was very clear about the plan they were going to follow, cost, steps, and timeline. Jason did the work, seeing it all the way through WSSC inspection, and if I may say it's a masterpiece. Not only was he timely and courteous, he graciously accommodated all my extra requests even though I know they complicated his work. By the way, expertise in this business really makes a difference. I had another estimate from a company that planned to do something far more complicated and rather bizarre to my home's gas lines. I'm glad I went with TemperaturePro and will definitely do the same in the future if I need any of their services.

Wonderful phone reception to set up the appointment, and a warning that one of the techs had a wife with a baby due any day, so if that happened, my appointment would be delayed. I was fine with that, as the weather had warmed a bit (plus the space heaters did pretty well in my smallish condo). I got updates by text when the techs were enroute. They worked nonstop for 8 solid hours - not even accepting my offer of picking up lunch somewhere for them ("It'll make us lazy"). Everything was explained, including where my filters now go and what size I'll need. Overall a great experience (however great an experience spending a big chunk of change can be). The price was very reasonable for the heat pump and air handler inside for cash - if I'd financed, I felt the rate was pretty high. ($6550 cash, $8200 to finance).

The lady I talked to was very helpful and worked us into their schedule for our convenience. Tony came for the consultation on time and clearly explained the situation. He detailed what the problem was, what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. The problem was fixed efficiently and without wasting any time. Overall we had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend.

The Estimator, Tony was very efficient and answered all my questions. The techs that arrived to perform the replacement Apollo System Water heater did a fantastic job during sub-freezing temperatures.

The service person was personable and highly professional. He identified the problem and recommended a solution. A part was ordered for my furnace and he repaired the problem. TemperaturePro Heating & Plumbing are my service persons for any challenges I have with heating or plumbing. My grade for them A+.

Tony came out walked through several small problems we wanted resolved, gave some input as to solutions and priced the work. He arrived when scheduled, completed the work promptly, cleaned up the work area and was very informative. The cost was fair but what made it worth the price was the level of service, professionalism, quality of work and care taken.

After getting two widely varying estimates on the work, Temperature Pro Heating and Air performed flawless work at a significantly reduced rate compared to a popular alternative group that I've used in the past. The Temperature Pro Tech Rep explained each step in the process, advised on long-term wear and tear that we could expect, and offered suggestions for future improvements at reasonable rates. And may I add that the dispatcher/scheduler was extremely nice to talk with as she assisted in setting up the appointment. Both company personnel that I encountered were top notch in customer service, and are a credit to their company. I know we'll be using them again for any future plumbing needs, that's for sure! Outstanding service and work. Very happy I chose them. I had an air handler/HVAC unit that was old and dirty. They came in, took it apart, cleaned/sprayed/lubricated the unit, put it back together, and it works so much better. Thank you!
