I placed an order on Monday at approximately 2:00 p.m. I received an email at 2:16 p.m. from the company stating that it would ship soon. I paid $35.00 dollars extra for a two day shipment. I was supposed to have received it on Wednesday since I paid extra for special handling of such a small item. ( A lot for such a small item when compared to the other company that shipped the 5g light for less and arrived on Wednesday) I called to state my disappointment and for a refund of the $35.00, since the company failed to ship it on Monday and it only went out on Tuesday per Ryan. The company has a great site but they need to train people on better customer service. Repeating to me that the company normally doesn't ship at the time that I placed the order DOES NOT make it ok since I Paid EXTRA for the special handling and delivering of such package. My partner couldn't believe that I would pay so much for such a small package as he is in the business of importing and exporting and they often use Fed Ex for small packages when prompt delivery of items is required. I am extremely upset as the electrician was here this morning and the item never arrived. I am a good customer and I had hoped to have a pleasant experience as I still have so many more things to buy, and how can I post on Angie's list that I had a pleasant transaction after this experience. (And I still have to have the electrician come out again)
