All three times, they brought an HD box instead of an SD box. Finally called them to mail me a box and tried charging me $19.95 for a box that they should have available in their local warehouse. Spent about 3 hours on the phone and still do not have the problem resolved. If I had ANY other option for cable internet, I would switch in a heartbeat.

I am dealing with the supervisor Mr. Harper. He is trying really hard to find out what the problem is but internet has not been working and they cannot find out why it is not working. At times not all the time. He has been out here a 100 times but he still cant find what's wrong with it. He is going to probably be calling me probably today or tomorrow because he gave me his personal email and his phone number. They were just out here last week and they thought they fixed it. It was holiday. They were still doing what they were doing before and it is not fixed. I emailed him and he said I am on vacation and he said when I get back I will give you a call. I told him nothing has changed. I have the exact same services. My cable is good. I have not had too many problems. When I initially got it installed they were some issues but I think they have finally got them worked out.

The rep was very nice and knowledgeable about the various products. I had not reviewed my cable package in over 5 years so I was not getting the best deal. I ended up saving about $20/month and now have a better package.

First, the two year contract for Internet only is what hooked us. We are receiving DSL for $19.99 a month, guaranteed for two years. Installation was a joke! First, the technician arrived over an hour late for the install appointment. Second, he left cut and loose wires hanging from the side of our house where he disconnected FIOS to install his service. There was also trash all over the ground where he installed the wires. It rained on the day of installation. The tech was courteous the first time he came into the house, putting on those little booties to ensure that he didn't track mud into the house, but the next few times he went in and out, he never used them, tracking mud and dirt into multiple rooms of the house.
After install, I called to complain and Comcast didn't do anything about it. They simply said they would mark it on the tech's record. Then two weeks after we had our Internet installed, it stopped working. Earlier that day, we had seen a Comcast truck working on the pole where the line runs into our house. Upon calling Comcast to tell them of the issue, they claimed it must be something at fault from our house, not the pole and they made us schedule another appointment. I had to take off work a second time, wait past the install time again, only to find out that yes, the guy we had seen out front had cut the line, disconnecting our service. After calling to complain again, Comcast still would not do anything. It almost seems like they know we have no recourse since we're locked into a two year deal. I am counting the days until we finish this contract!
