This company is one of the worst in customer service that I have ever used. I've been on Carnival cruises that took better care of their customers so that says how bad Claggett is. The property manager that our community uses is Mary Ann Garst and she is equally incompetent as she is lazy. She took 3 months to replace a street sign on my street and kept blowing me off whenever i asked about it. I finally had to contact someone ouside of Claggett to get the job done. She also totally bungled a neighborhood dispute and did an imcompetent and worthless job of investigating the complaints. No one in the office answers their phone when transferred from the receptionist (who is rude as well) and leaving a voicemail with anyone is a waste of time because they dont call you back anyway. I suggest using the girlscouts or a bunch of pet monkeys to manage or sell your property because they would do a better job.
