I'm extremely furious with the work that Doctor Heating and Air has done. They walked off the job just this past week saying it was just too much. I still don't have air conditioning after a very hot summer and my house is completely torn up.
Description of Work: I reached out to your insurance company who gave me the name of Doctor Heating and Air. My insurance company called them first and had them come out to me. From the beginning I didn't have a good feeling about these guys. I was looking to replace my entire A/C / heating unit system. They were extremely messy and unprofessional in their work. They left my old unit in the yard along with screws and loose wire (which I could have easily gotten shocked from). I called another A/C unit just down the street from me and had them come out to look at the job. They told me that I had a boot leg job. I had to take time off work to be available for the company to show up and there were times that they didn't show up or were not there til 1pm (in the middle of the heat).
