Description of Work: Had heat pump unit for 12 yr. Provider stated we needed a new whole unit due to a leak they would not attempt to find during bi-annual inspection. Instead referred me to an estimator for a whole new unit. Very shady according to past employees, wanted and needed new heat pump sales. Went with game and got three estimates that was beaten by competition. NO MORE BLUE DOT !

Description of Work: Evaluated heat pump. This was the second time I requested the services of Perry, a technician for Blue Dot. He is honest, reliable, knows what he is doing, and answered all of my questions.

Description of Work: They were hired to replace the hot water heater, ac unit and furnace in my townhouse. What ended up happening is the guy doing the hot water heater broke off the nozzle of the water heater and water spewed everywhere. The whole floor was damaged, they had to hire another company to come out and dry up our hardwood floor and power dry everything. That took 2 days. Then they had to hire a contractor to replace the floor and lay a new one. The whole fiasco ended up lasting 2 weeks. In the end, they did everything to fix the situation that I asked of them, and in a timely manner. But the worker who caused the issue was absolutely as unprofessional as they come. He kept complaining about how his mistake really ruined his day and put him behind schedule. I have personally requested he not return. The company was helpful during the situation. And comforting.

Description of Work: Estimated that it will cost me 180 dollars to check the faucet and it is fixable otherwise 450 dollars to use different parts to fix it. |They have the same day service but they take advantage of desperate customers and charge you like emergency service,

Description of Work: This was scheduled warranty service. They contacted me to let me know that it was time for this service. They were clean, fast and courteous.

Description of Work: Replaced my entire HVAC system with a Carrier Infinity system, including whole-house air purifier and humidifier.

Description of Work: Made an emergency service call because my heater stopped working (turned out an unfortunate bird had crawled down an exhaust vent and gotten sucked into the fan!). Some confusion over whether I could use a coupon I'd purchased was straightened out, and the tech was out there within an hour, even though it was after 11 pm.

Description of Work: My oil burner/ac unit needed was not working. They gave me an arrive time between noon and 4:00 p.m. I took off work to wait for them. They did not show up until 6:00 p.m. I lost a day of work. They were professional when they got there, but told me they could not fix the unit, which is understandable since it is very old. I would not use them again, only because I cannot afford to lose a day of work waiting for them to come out.

Description of Work: Charged me too much to fox Heat Pump. Could have been fixed by other company for hundred s less. ....plus caused other problems

Description of Work: Came for a half-hour diagnosis/fix call for my aging furnace. The blower was running but no gas in the chamber to be ignite. Guy did some test and reset a switch in the mainboard and gave me some honest advices within the half hour (he spent about 45-50min in my house including all the wrap-up and chat). Problem solved before last harsh winter. Good experience.

Description of Work: Everything was excellent, however I joined their club and wound up losing the use of my coupon. The $59 coupon went to waste but I was happy with everthing else!

Description of Work: The first time they were at our house they didn't determine the problem. I was impressed with their timeliness in sending a second technician out but was disappointed that every time they were at my house they tried to sell me something.
