Description of Work: Install of a new heat pump (indoor and outdoor unit) was completed by two technicians in roughly eight hours. The technicians were polite, courteous, and professional. They explained certain steps in the install, whether because there would be noise or explaining operating the heat pump (indoors or out), operating the new thermostat, or other miscellaneous steps in caring/maintaining the heat pump. I would do business with Blue Dot again.
