Repair man failed to arrive at promised time for original appointment but it was scheduled the night before. Otherwise experience was excellent. Technician knew his stuff and got the job done promptly and efficiently. Price charged was significantly lower than estimate technician gave on initial inspection visit. Also significantly lower than a telephone quote I got from a major home service company (BGE Home) that had initially installed the central AC system in the house.

I would truly recommend using Bluedot, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. It's rare to find in today society the way Customer Service has gone down the tube, but I must admit they are friendly and are always courtesy on the phone, I will continue to use them for most of my HVAC needs.

The technician was very competent and accommodating. As we had had our VERY long driveway sealed the day before, the technician had to park far from the house and make multiple trips to his truck for tools, ladder, etc. He did so without complaint. He also agreed to check another air-conditioner which had developed a problem since I called the company. This saved me a second service call. Many technicians from other companies will not agree to look into problems that are not specified at the time the appointment is made. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them for all my future HVAC needs.

They are extremely professional but price is high

Though it took them a week for a rep to come out to give us a quote it was worth the wait. Their technical sales rep spent one and a half ours going over all of the options, explaining each one thoroughly and also what to look for and ask when talking to other companies (including how to spot lower end equipment, which we found in another quote). They beat BGE by $1000 for the same equipment and longer service contract. The workers arrived on time and were pleasant and continued to update us as they went as well as training us after all installation had been completed. The only knock against them that I have was in clean up. Alot of screws were left around the new unit in the house and they forgot to take the old switch box, but I would definitely use them again.

He was on time, professional and thorough. This is a new home for us, and the unit is a bit unusual. Roger explained the operation to us, cleaned and serviced the unit.

They are always on time, they call you the day before they come to do the work, and again when they are on their way. They clean up after themselves and the workers are very nice. They also do plumbing and heating work for me.

Price paid did not include coupon for Angie's List of $100 or manufacturer rebate of $1,000. Final price was $5,469. Other estimates for contractor grade SEER13 were comparable to final cost of 17SEER dual stage heat pump. Therefore, believe price was very reasonable and competitive. All company representatives (sales and installation) were courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Installation team answered all questions, demonstrated excellent attention to detail, and upon completion of installation, conducted a thorough cleanup of work areas. Will use this company in the future, and highly recommend them.

The sales rep (Dan Kazmaier) was helpful in suggesting options; he was candid about somewhat higher pricing but gave reasonable explanations of the higher quality of service I could expect from a company whose trucks are out 24/7. The crew was on time; as soon as they opened the back of their truck and I saw the organization of the inside of the truck, I knew I was dealing with a first-class company. Drainage hoses were neatly coiled and bound; rags were in appropriately labeled boxes. The workmen had all old equipment removed within an hour. Entire installation was performed efficiently and as quietly as imaginable. Installers were very courteous and fully explained the system's operation. We were exceptionally satisfied with the entire experience. The new system works great!

I was very impressed with every aspect of my experience with Blue Dot. I have used them twice within the past 2 years, most recently because my heat was not working on a very cold day. They came out to my home immediately and solved the problem. Calvin, the repairman, was very knowledgeable, polite and punctual. Also, I have worked with Dan Kazmaier, one of their sales representatives, and he is also a gem to work with.

Jerry the salesman was on time and very knowledgable and professional. When my husband arrived late, Jerry was very courteous about explaining things over again for my husband's benefit. Gave us a written estimate on the spot for the several options he described. Price was very competitive with 2 other bids we received. Came back the day after we called him with our decision and scheduled our job for 9 days later at our convenience. Installer was very professional and efficient. Jerry had told us job would probably take one and a half days, which it did, no surprises. Installer cleaned everything up afterward and took time to show me everything and explain how everything worked. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Appointment was scheduled from 12 noon to 5pm on a weekday. The company called at noon to say they were coming, and the technicians arrived about an hour later. Both technicians were courteous, but the only idea of cost that I had was the $69 base fee just for the service call. Eventually, they informed me that the repair would cost $115 + the $69 service call fee. However, in a brilliant move, the technician offered a service contract which waived the service fee and gave 10% off the repair and gave us a check up in the summer and winter for the AC and heating respectively. Work appears to be great. They fixed something that I did not notice was malfunctioning too. So, the grand total for the service contract ($140) and repairs ($50) was about $190.

I shopped around, and they made a very competitive deal. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service on the install, cleaned up after themselves, and the unit works great. I am extremely pleased.

They are very reliable. They always show up in the time frame you are given and they will always call you before they arrive. If you have an emergency situation they have someone on call all hours of the night.

I was quoted one price in December of 05. When they come back out in 06 the price was astronomical. I just cannot believe it! I will never use them again.

Our furnace died mid-winter. Called three companies to try to arrange same day service and only Blue Dot worked hard to accommodate such, even taking into account a rather limited time period that we could wait at home for them. The broken part was quickly identified and the technician repaired it immediately with an understandable explanation of the situation. Courteous. Clean. Timely. Went the extra mile to accommodate our schedule.

Excellent customer service beginning with initial contact and then follow-up after completion of work. Provided prompt response, lots of information and explanation on work to be done. Received quality workmanship at a fair, competitive price. Would definitely use again.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. HE DID A THOROUGH CHECK OF OUR GAS FURNACE AND THE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONER. THE TECHNICIAN WORE BOOTIES OVER HIS BOOTS IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR HOUSE CLEAN WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY CONSIDERATE.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME TO OUR HOUSE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM PROMPT AND WITH EASE. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE JOB DONE.

BLUE DOT IS AN A+ COMPANY. VERY PROFESSIONAL, EASY TO WORK WITH, AND THEY EXPLAIN THINGS SO I CAN UNDERSTAND THE WORKINGS. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE ONLY COMPANY WE HAVE FOUND WHO KNEW HOW TO SERVICE THIS PARTICULAR UNIT, AND WE ARE KEEPING THEM!

SERVICE TECH RESPONDED WITHIN TWO HOURS OF CALL. HE SWITCHED OUT THERMOSTAT. NEW THERMOSTAT MALFUNCTIONED, HOWEVER, HE CAME OUT TWO MORE TIMES TO ENSURE WE HAD HOT WATER UNTIL A NEW THERMOSTAT COULD BE OBTAINED. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND SERVICE ORIENTED. AAA SERVICE! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED BLUE DOT FOR PLUMBING. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.!
