The owner, Mr. Paul Harrison, of Innovative Home Improvements was very personable and did not employ any "hard sell" techniques, as many of the other contractors practiced. Paul made it easy to set up a date and time for installation, and when his workers came to our house they were very prompt and efficient, getting the job done quickly and well. We had 8 windows installed and Innovative completed the job in under 4 hours! The workmen cleaned up after themselves, took away the old windows and, when they were finished, Paul came by personally to inspect the job. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows, workmanship and crew of IHI.

From the moment Paul first walked in the door, I got a feeling of trust and honesty. We had a couple of estimates before and felt a bit pressured. There was none of that from Innovative. The guys came in and worked non-stop and got the job done. Paul followed up with an inspection and everything went great. We have absolutely no complaints.

Paul and his crew were great. The job was done professionally, cleanly, quickly. Paul (the owner of the company) was involved completely with the whole project and was available to answer all of my questions (no matter how small). The thing I liked best about Innovative Home Improvements was there was no pressure. Other window installation companies want you and your "significant other" to be home for the quoting process because they want to pressure sale you; in contrast IHI is 100% no pressure. I would highly recommend Innovative Home Improvements to any one.

So, far me and my husbands experience working with Paul Harrison has been a very professional and a positive one. There was never any pressure with dealing with Paul. He has proven thus far to be a person with honesty and integrity in his business dealings. Paul and his crew were polite and efficient. My new insulation, siding and gutters/downspout look great. Cost and material were very competitive with other estimates I received. Team finished sooner than expected. Paul did not harass me. Materials arrived as scheduled and team began sooner than planned but it was okay with me.

We had purchased windows and siding and the installation of each. We are very pleased with the finished product. What was even more impressive was Innovative Home Improvements' (Mr. Harrison) willingness to work with our budget. They also kept us informed that they were not encounter any problems and they kept us apprised of the timelines throughout the process. They completed the job in a timely and professional manner!

Paul and his team were very professional and personable. They did a very neat job and cleaned up all of the debris. Paul was very helpful and patient with my mother, and explained all the details involved. You can tell that he is honest when you speak with him and they have the best prices. He even honored a promise made exactly 1 year ago. We were considering replacing the HVAC system in the house but now, thanks to Innovative Home Improvements, we are toasty warm with our 20 year old furnace. Innovative Home Improvements did an excellent job of satisfying my wife and I as well as Montgomery Village Foundation (our home owners association). In fact, the MVF Architectural Standards sent a letter to us stating "Your house looks gorgeous!!!" The only downside was that I needed to do a little pickup of small bits of siding that was removed and installed, some small bits of trim capping material, and a few miscellaneous nails.

Of the three estimates I received, Innovative gave me the best price and was the only one that didn't offer a discount if I signed that day. They responded promptly to several questions I had before signing the contract. They were on time for their appointments for measuring and installing the windows. They accommodated my request for a delay in their original proposed installation date. The installers were prompt, friendly, and efficient. The installation was completed in less time than I expected. Overall, a friendly and efficient company to deal with. The windows have definitely improved the looks of my home. I'd use them again.

Paul was very good to work with. He told us what he would do and then he did it. The price was very good and Paul kept us fully informed on the progress. The crew arrived promptly and were a pleasure to work with. They were efficient and did very nice work. I would highly recommend Innovative to anyone.
