Paul is a hands-on owner. He maintained communication through the entire process from proposal through comletion. He visited my house each day to observe the progress of his crew. His price was very reasonable and he offered the same quality progress that the most expensive contractors were carrying. I hired Innovative Home Improvements to install 14 new double hung windows. They did not try to pressure me into buying their product during our meeting. I met with four contractors, including the big box stores, I decided to go with IHI. Their price was competitive with the other contractors. The men arrived on time, and completed the job that day. They answered all of my questions, and did not leave a mess in my home. When I had a small problem with some of the caulking around the window, they came back right away to fix it. Considering that I never set out to purchase windows and and now I have them, speaks volumes about Paul and his company. My priority was to replace my doors and get a budgetary quote for windows only. Paul's initial call was to tell me that he didn't do doors but to call him if I ever needed windows. He promised a quality window at a good price and no pressure sales pitch. When I learened of the benefits of replacing my windows in speaking with other contactors, I decided to call Paul. He delivered everything he promised and more. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience including the skill and professsionalism of his installers!

Very professional. Paul was very direct in his pricing and explaining the type of windows he works with. His team was excellent. They did an excellent job installing 17 windows and a sliding door. They were very clean also.

Very polite, very laid back, relaxed indivual no pressure, sure we had the full facts, withou the trickery. Paul said will meet all of our goals. Not the least expensive, not the most expensive. In the end, it was our confidence in him that made us select. Final measurements (both houses) and explained that he would also be the person making sure during the install that all worked well. When the install date came, they showed up on time, were polite and clean and very professional. Good work, cleaned up inside and out. One minor defect was fixed quickly, with no BS. Great People to work with. Use them!!!!!

The windows were installed in one day as promised. Paul is professional, does not give you the typcial sales pitch and has returned every call and email I've sent. The gentleman that measured the windows was also very pleasant and helped us on an unrelated issue we were having with a previously installed bay window. The installers were professional and left no debris behind. I have been pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.

IHI, which is owned and operated by Paul Harrison, installed 13 windows in my home in Columbia, MD. Paul came to my house himself, gave a very thorough yet concise presentation, and won the competition by giving me a great deal. His installers, led by Andrew, were timely, neat, professional and helpful. Paul personally reviewed all work, and when I noticed a couple of minor issues (admitedly, I am very picky), he called Andrew, who returned and made the minor corrections. Then, and only then, did Paul ask for the balance due. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work, which I am. I highly recommend IHI!

Paul and his crew were professional...no hard sales pitch, just facts and common sense talk...accomodating to set up premeasure schedule...polite and responsible installation crew...this is the second job using IHI, and it won't be the last...a true asset to their industry and good PR for service magic...

I was extrememly pleased by the service I received from Innovative Home Improvements. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to install my windows considering how cold the weather was during installation. My neighbors have also commented on how nice my new windows look. I will definitely be going back to IHI to do some more work on my house.

Innovative was quick to respond to our request for an estimate and within days they we had signed a contract. The following week we had new windows in place and the week after that, the house had been completed sided and wrapped. It looks like a new home! Paul, from Innovative, was fantastic to work with, very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend IHI to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.
