Description of Work: took out a tree and trimmed a few more.

Description of Work: Have used Shifflett Tree SVC several times over the last few years. Latest was to remove two trees, trim 2 other trees and grind out the stumps for the two trees that were removed. They had several workers involved and appropriate equipment and did an excellent job in a few hours.

Description of Work: Trees trimmed and one removed. They are expensive and although the owner, Mr Shifflett was very professional, one of the men on the crew was not.

Description of Work: This family owned company was brought to us by appointed restoration company for our insurance. 1st time August 2011 after Tropical Storm "Louise" when we had 3 of our neighbor's landed on our house. 2nd time October after Hurricane "Sandy" deposited another tree from same neighbor, punching through our roof & caving in our home. Excellent service..cleaning up as they go. YES,I would use them again!

Description of Work: We have used Shifflett Tree SVC for several years to severely trim our Crape Mirtle which grows too big every summer. Mr. Shifflett Sr. supervises the work and walks around the tree to see whether it has the correct and even shape. He is a very personal and pleasant man. We are very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

Description of Work: I don't remember the exact cost, but they have taken down and trimmed many trees for me at two different homes. The results were good - they did the work as contracted. I am always surprised at how much this kind of work costs, but I am sure their charges were no more than other tree service companies.

Description of Work: They cut down 6 large pine trees which were a threat to my house. I had already had two of them fall onto my roof and had to repair my house. The remaining trees had to go. I remember the date because it was my birthday present to me. The year is iffy in my memory....it could have been 2011. In any event, I would hire them again. They were very professional.
