Eric was punctual for our initial appointment and explained in detail the options for shingles (design and prices) and time frame that his crew would be able to come out to install. Communication with Eric was fantastic! I was kept informed at every step of the process from delivery of materials to completion. Workers started early to insure completion in one day and cleanup was very thorough. I will use Ace Home Improvements again for a few other jobs on my home and highly recommend them!

Compared to the other roofing companies which provided an estimate for the job, Eric was the only contractor that left me with an actual quote. The crew arrived early and worked late into the evening to complete the bulk of the roofing project. Great job!

Eric from Ace Home Improvement was very professional in his estimate and presentation of their work. The price that was given was exactly what it cost when the job was done. The crew came a day earlier than expected and started right away. They did the roof in a day and the interior crew came in a week later and repaired the drywall in one day. I was extremely happy about the experience because we got several down pours two days after the roof was finished.

I hire them over two weeks ago. Products delivered 4/18. I HAVE NOT HEARD no onr since. Just tiles stacked on top of my house and around it. My neighbor had to get a new roof also. His material was delivered after mine and his roof is don. I am pissed! And that was a better word to use.
