Description of Work: Replace auto windshield (twice). First time not installed correctly which cause water to leak inside. Manager met me at car dealership to prove first install was their error. They reimbursed charge to prove snd replaced windshield again. No further issues. Would have given an A if they took responsibility on first replacement.

Description of Work: They replaced my windshield. They did exactly what was expected and were timely. The windshield was fine but the garnish could not be saved. They didn't have the parts to put it on and said it was cosmetic. I had to go and find the garnish from my dealer online, which cost me about $80 each piece. They did do a very good job on the windshield.
