Hired them for a complete replacement of my mothers roof including front and back porch roofs. Texted me a copy of the contract with prices and materials needed base on satellite (GPS) measurements prior to meeting to go over the repairs and signing the contract. Showed up on time. Explained the process clearly and step by step. Went through the materials step by step and explained their purpose. Cleaned up after. The owner came by after the job was completed and did a walk around with me.

9 years ago I hired this company to replace doors and windows in 2 homes. Those projects went extremely well! Fast forward to 2020 when I had 2 more projects, naturally I though of them. This was the worst mistake EVER! The salesperson lied to get the sale instead of the competition. The lied about timeline and then excluded a portion of the project we had agreed upon. They were not forthcoming about the timeline until after payment was made. Had this been divulged up front we would have gone with another company. The salesperson Roger was very nice until he got the sale. When I raised my concerns about the timeline and the 2 missing windows from the order he blatantly told me to just cancel the order and go elsewhere! He also told me that it did not matter because they were making very little profit on the 2 jobs (totaling 19 windows and a sliding door). I approached the owner Fred about the situation and he said he would take care of it and that he was stepping in. Needless to say Fred disappeared once more discrepancies came to light. Calls to him and his wife Cathy who works there went un returned. Speaking with other office staff was of no assistance because they were at 1 point unable to eve find my 2nd project. When they did they still could not provide the answers sought and referred back to Cathy (again does not return calls). They doubled the promised time line and were unapologetic. Fast forward to the final installation, on the day of the installer calls to reschedule. Still no communication from the owners of office staff for a full week beyond the original install date. And to top it off, 1 of the widows delivered has a broken sash. Lord knows how long it will be before that issue is resolved! I would never ever recommend Liberty Window and Siding again! The lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for their customers is unreal!

Most reasonable of the roofers I contacted for estimates. Finished the roof in a day and came back 2 days later to replace the gutters.

Very prompt when it came to starting the job. Completed the job in less than a day.

The roof and gutters turned out great and the work was done quickly. Clean up could have been better. I found multiple nails in my yard and driveway.

This company did 2 projects for us, installed a new roof and also changed gutters and replaced fascia. The wood replacement was done very quickly and the job has been excellent so far. We had some hiccups and delays with the other job but with a lot of communication and feedback the company has resolved the issues. Am happy with the outcome and will continue sending them new projects and refer them to friends.

I met with Peter, one of the managing partners. He answered every question I had and took a great deal of time ensuring I was fully informed as to product choices. The crew was fast, clean, and polite.

From the admin office, sales man, and roofers, I rate Liberty Windows & Siding Inc. at an A+. I'm a very happy first time customer.

I actually hired them for 2 roofing jobs. I contracted for the replacement of 2 roofs at different properties and gutter replacement in addition to the new roof at 1 of the properties. At my residence the roof was leaking in one spot before the entire job was completed. I reported the issue and no one from the office ever responded. A few weeks later the gutters were installed and the workers broke my living room window. Again I contacted the office and to date no one has ever responded. I had to pay for my window repair. At my second property which is my son's house the new roof was installed and a few weeks after water was streaming down an inside wall. I called the company and someone did come out and did a repair to correct the problem. However, he still has a few areas that appear to have wet spots. I have spoken with the sales rep Barry that initially came to my home for the estimates several times and provided him with photos of the problems. To date, no one from the company has spoken with me directly. I signed my contracts in May and it is now the end of September and still no resolution of my issues. I will never use this company again or refer them. I gave them over $15,000 in business and this is the thanks I get, no response. UPDATE: I was finally contacted by the owner Fred and he ensured that my concerns were addressed. I am hopeful that I do not have any more leaks or problems with the 2 roofs.
