Very responsive to customer inquiries. Friendly and efficient. Did a great job of cleaning up after the roof installation, and "made sure" that we were satisfied and happy with the final results.

I was worried after the initial estimate meeting, because I was supposed to be called to setup the date for performing the work. It took much longer than I would have liked to get the work schedule, and is why I rated a 4.0 vs a 5.0. The quality of the work, after the date was scheduled, made up for my dissatisfaction with the timing of the job. Overall great experience.

I must first start off by saying job well done! When I scheduled the appointment I was expecting one of the reps to come out to my home and low and behold it was PETER himself (No,not the water walker...lol). He was so professional and provided an offer I just couldn't refuse. Once the work was done you almost didn't even know that the workers had been there. What a great experience! Great Job!

It took over 2 weeks 2 schedule me in. The roof supplies were n the living room & kit floors for a whole week before the remains were picked up.

Get your estimate in writing & see that your steps &walkway are swept. The work is good & for just 2 guys, fast. The roof looks good.However, it rained after the job was done and my gutter Was NOT properly replaced. The owner denies any responsibility to fix the problem!!! DO NOT hire them!!!

They don't play around they work hard and they cleaned the mess on the sidewalk and surrounding areas.

Fred Muela from Liberty Windows and Siding Inc. gave us a fantastic quote to install all the windows and replace the siding. The price was better than other companies and the installation went smoothly. A few years later the trim coil (aluminum trim over the house wood trim) started to peel off in a few places. I contacted the trim coil manufacturer per Liberty Windows and Siding Inc warranty information/instructions and they were making me call one office after the other and eventually they did not stand behind their product and the warranty. I checked with Fred Muela and he sent someone to replace the trim coil at no charge. This is the type of company Liberty Windows and Siding Inc is. I was recommending them before and now is a no brainer to recommend them. We are very happy we chose them.

Liberty Windows & Siding, Inc. are great!! I've already recommended them for gutter/leaf system. If and when I need any other work done I'll definitely give them a call.

Very prompt installation

Workers were very conscience of keeping the work area clean and were very diligent with the work. The only issue was that one of the windows arrived at the worksite broken and it took several weeks for the broken window to be replaced.

Install was not as I requested. Installer refused to remove bird box which was replaced against my instructions. Contractor indicated he would correct which has not occurred yet. I was told by him he was very busy and would get to it.
