Very poor craftsmanship Used poor quality of wood

Trouble with AA Co getting permit was only hitch in the build. That was AA Co's fault, not the contractor.

This was a quality job, from start to finish. Peter was knowledgeable about the product and the process, and helpful throughout. He was professional and friendly, addressing our questions and concerns. We are completely satisfied with Liberty and the job they did. We strongly recommend this company for your roofing project.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Liberty Windows & Siding. We worked with the owner Peter Deily. Originally we planned to replace our roof and gutters. We received estimates from 4 companies. Thanks to Peter and the money he saved us, we were able to get all new vinyl siding, new windows and a new front door as well as the roof and covered gutters. Peter was involved with every step of the project and it all went remarkably smoothly. Each crew did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and conducted themselves very professionally. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Liberty and Peter for a first class job!

Liberty called in a timely manner and scheduled an appointment for an estimate, the saleman was on time, he showed up with all documentation, insurance info, license, etc. He had many shingle choices, he explained warranties, how long it would take to schedule and complete to replace my roof. The installers were on time and completed job in (1) day to my satisfaction. I asked them to correct one little item over my gutter guards and they came back an did this. I am very satisfied with Liberty Windows & siding and recommend them to anyone.

Some typical communication problems ( why can't contractors improve this part of the project ? ). Excellent clean-up. We needed 22 sheets of plywood for the job. The reason given was the existing sheet edges could possible cause new shingles to rip. Never got an answer as to why that had not happened to old shingles. Lingering feeling that it was a way to increase the price of the job by almost $1,000. Just don't know.

Their was some confusion at first because they delivered the materials without calling us to set up the installation date. However the the crew they sent out was excellent. They had to complete the job the next day as they ran out of singles.

My house is 50 years old and now looks brand new!!!! Peter was there for me from start to finish, any questions I had he was was there to help. He came back after the job was finished to make sure I was happy and we walked the project to make sure it was 100%. Not only that, they were the best price out of all the companys!! I used them for my roof, and will use them again for other projects, they do it all!!!!

We researched and received estimates from several companies and Liberty was the best value for your money. Brad was a pleasure to work with and was the ONLY one we met with that actually went on our roof to measure and evaluate our needs. The job was completed in one day as promised and everything looks great!

Liberty sent 6 employees to remove and replace my roof. They were very fast and did the job in one day. They cleaned up any materials and that included walking around the yard several times with a magnet, to make sure that there were no nails in the yard or driveway. I am very pleased with their work and promtness.

My experience with Liberty Windows and Siding was fantastic.The owner, Peter Deily, contacted me the same day I contacted ServiceMagic.He met with me personally & took the time to educate me about roofing.He answered all of my questions including things I hadn't thought of.He understood the emergency I had & acted quickly.There was no "hard sell" or pressure! His work crew was just as efficient & professional! They took the time to ask/make sure I still wanted items removed (turbine/dish) before removing.When it became apparent that additional wood, etc had to be applied, they did it without question.Clean up was great.I recommend them!

It was a pleasure to deal with Liberty Windows & Siding. Peter Deily came to our home to give us the estimate and was very thorough in his inspection and explained the project very well. Liberty was the second company to give us an estimate. Mr. Deily impressed us with his knowledge and was very respectful to us. He was not a "pushy" salesman and we liked that. We had our project scheduled within a few days and most of the work was done in one day. The crew was focused on their job and and had a great attitude. There was no fooling around on this job. I would recommend them to family and friends whenever they need improvements done.

Liberty Windows and Siding was a pleasure to deal with. We hired them to remove/replace our old asphalt roof and also to do soffit, fascia, and trim work to make our roof totally maintenance free. The crews they sent were professional and completed the projects on time. Their pricing was the most competitive of the multiple contractors we took bids from for as well. I would very highly recommend Liberty Windows and Siding.

I am happy about the quality of the work. However, I believe that they could communicate better with thir customers. They scheduled my roof replacement and due to the weather they did not install on the date I was given. I explained that it was a rush job due to the roof leaking in several locations inside the properity. They did not contact me and tell me the would not be able to install on the scheduled date. They also did not tell me when the would rescheduled the roof replacement nor did they tell me when they had completed the job. The salesman and staff was very nice and courteous and they offered a credit option which was nice.

They did a good job. They only left a little debris but everything else went well.

Liberty Windows and Siding salesman Brad was superb. Brad was thorough, very honest, and a very delightful youngman. Our work was completed on time and in a day. although we had some unexpected roofing issues both owners called us to make sure that we were completed satisfied with the outcome of our project and these days and time customer servce goes a long way. I was satisfied with the overall job. However when I had questions no one was able to answer me on site. None of the gentlemen appeared to speak English.
