Brad Gainey contacted me immediately after the Service Magic request was submitted and setup the initial appointment for a free estimate. He was honest and carefully explained what was necessary for he project to be successful. Liberty's estimate was $2,500 below other bids and they scheduled the work while we were out of town due to weather. I would highly recommend Liberty and the crew how worked on out 1875 Federal rowhouse. The roof looks and performs above expectation.

Job was initially delayed due to weather but otherwise completed without issue. Materials delivered to site as planned and roof replacement completed in one day as contracted. My only concern was the roofers on site for the most part spoke little to no English so communication was difficult to ensure all my concerns and all details within the contract were addressed. However after a call to the company they had the foreman call me back whom addressed all my concerns and relayed instructions to the crew on site. The new roof looks beautiful, but has yet to but to the test of a heavy rain.

I can't see the work that was done, will ask them for pictures----However, it was a very good experience, he was on time so it was excellent

My advice when looking for a contractor the question you need to ask them is if the workers can speak english. it was very frustrating having to be the superintndent of the job on my own house when I paid this company to do that. More frustration is me not understanding them and them not understanding me and looking at me like I had three heads! Not to mention between my wife and I we had to take off work several times to make sure the job was done right, which it wasn't, they had to come back time and time again, to fix the issues that were done wrong . trying to have anyone call you back was very difficult as well.

From the salesman to the crew that installed my roof, they were professional and effecient,they came and did their job in a no-nonsense manner and cleaned up much to my satisfaction, I highly regard them as a superior roofing company.

I couldn't have been happier with Liberty. They were the first company to respond to my Service Magic inquiry. The president of the company actually made the initial visit to my home, showed me the product and agreed on the price. A second visit by the individual who did the measurements was one in a timely way and the windows were installed this past Monday right after the hurricane had passed by. I estimate my old wooden windows to be 80+ years. The new ones are lovely. The first change I noticed was how quiet it became in the house. I am looking forward to saving on the heating bill this winter. I was very pleased with the company.

We were very pleased with the project. We had the work done last November/December 2010 and made it through Irene (08/11) without a single tile coming loose. Couldn't be happier with the roof.

Lowest-cost bid resulted in outstanding finished product. Salesman went out of his way to address my questions. Encountered a few communication problems with on-site workcrew during installation, but these were promptly resolved upon intervention of the sales agent. The firm even ripped off newly-installed shingles to correct an underlayment deficiency! The firm went beyond what I was expecting in covering fascia board. I would highly recommend this firm.

I was and currently am extremely pleased with the professionalism and service that I received from Brad and the company that he works for, LIberty. I just wished that I knew in advance that they also install sliding glass doors. I would have saved a lot a money instead of using Pella....

When I received my estimate to replace my roof, it did'nt include how much extra it would cost to replace any bad wood or other foreseen problems. It was stated in the contract how much all this would cost. Fortunately the wood under my roof was mostly in good shape except for a few pieces which raised the price of the estimate. When getting an estimate this is an important part to consider because if you need a lot of wood replaced it could cost a lot more than estimated. Overall I would recommend Liberty and would definitly use their services in other projects.

They performed the job above expectations. There was one issue with the capping, but resolved immediately.
