We ordered a new roof for our home from Liberty. We were very pleased with everything including their salesman. The sales presentation was done in a very professional way with no "high-pressuring". Liberty Windows & Siding ended up being our low bid. Regarding the installers, we were happy that Liberty hired employees that had a very high work ethic. They performed excellently in not only the install, but also in the cleanup. From sales to install to followup, Liberty gets a 5-Star rating from us. We highly recommend this company.

Very professional. Made appt right away for estimate. They did a wonderful job on the roof, clean up, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Would use them again.

They were very responsive from setting up the appointment to do the estimate. I had the formal estimate in my email that evening. They provided the best pricing. And they were able to quickly schedule the work. The roof was replaced in one day - I left for work and by the time I got home that afternoon, the roof was almost done. The crew was quick and they cleaned up the areas very well.

Overall we were very pleased with Liberty Window and siding. They completed the job in the quoted time and the quality of the work was excellent. My only complaint is that they didn't go around, after the job was finished, and clean-up loose nails.

Liberty installed a new roof and all replacement windows on my house. In the end all jobs were completed to my satisfaction, but they did not complete either job right the first time, which is why I rate them a 3 star. On the roof, the installer fell through the living room ceiling and just left the debris on the floor. Liberty paid to have it repaired. Then the gutter was left loose and a drip edge was not installed on one side. These they also came back to fix, but again, not done right the first time. On the windows, the installer damaged the sills and trim and some windows came without grids. All were fixed but it was aggravating.

He met our expectations. I had a certain critearia that my selections had to meet. It was down to this company and one other, but Liberty Windows

They do out standing work. 4 of my neighbors say the same thing. Everyone said that they are terrific. They have been business for 38 years, father to son, their crew are just excellent. They have the old fashion qualities, do excellent work. He uses the best materials, best work at the best price.
