I liked this company so well, I hired them to replace my gutters and they did a great job on this also. They are courteous, competent, use great products, and did an outstanding job.

there work crews were very professional and all of the work was completed in a smooth timely manner and I would recommend this company to all of my neighbors - Don was wonderful in his approach to roofing and from start to finish I never had any problems - He did what I asked for and wanted with no hesitation as to some extra work that was needed

Mr. Holliday was very knowledgable about roofing and ventilation, like air flow. I did my best to observe the work from the ground, I was pleased to have pictures on the owner's and other workers cell phones to look at. Getting a new roof and shingles is a messy job. They were methodical about the clean up, but didn't get everything. So plan on walking the property for staples, nails, broken pits of shingles and plywood for the next week.

Holliday Home Improvements, Inc. was wonderful. The kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. Mr. Holliday was there in the morning to make sure everything got going on time and came back at the end of the day to make sure it was done right. Roof looks great, so much so that our neighbor has expressed interest in hiring them as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Mr. Holliday was great to work with. Of all the estimates I received, he did the best job of explaining in great detail what work would be needed for my roof. Even after thinking things over for over 8 months, he was still eager to do the work. And honored the price that he originally quoted me. I original thought I would replace a couple of singles, but ultimately decided to replace the entire roof. I would strongly recommend HHI.

Although the work was delayed by snow events, on the first clear day they showed up even though it was still cold and put on my new roof in excellence. Don's team did a superb job on our house and it looks totally transformed with its new roof. Don advised us on some slightly different shingles and he was right, they look amazing and it makes our house really pop. The team worked diligently and carefully on a bitterly cold February day, they were careful with our landscaping and paintwork and did a great clean up job afterwards. The roof and all the trimmings look wonderful. This was the first time I've done a home re-roofing and I was initially nervous, but Don explained all the steps to me in detail. Customer service was also superb. I highly recommend him and will certainly use him again in the future.

Holliday Home Improvements replaced our roof and modified our gutters (gutter guards). Don Holliday was extremely helpful and professional in his oversight of the project and personally monitored the projects at various points during the process. I thought I had my mind made up before we spoke with him. But their price was better than 2 of the 5 other companies we interviewed and he offered more service and products than the other 3. The project began exactly when he said it would and was quite timely.

Holliday Home Improvements is a shining star in a sea of mediocre home improvement companies. The owner, Don Holliday, spends as much time as necessary to not only explain every detail of the work that will be performed, but keeps a watchful eye on his crew throughout the day, and stands behind his work afterwards. He was the only one to actually get up on the roof when he initially came out. Also, his prices are very reasonable and the quality of materials- shingles and underlayment- he used on our roofing job were top notch. A word about his roofing crew - they did a great job, they were very conscious to protect the siding on the house with tarps, and left my new previously installed gutters in perfect shape. Overall, I found Don to be extremely knowledgeable about home repairs and improvements. The finished job will not only be acceptable, but he will make it the best it can be. I am stating this because after he examined some previous work done by another contractor (American Home Contractors in Laurel) he stated they should have removed the plywood around the soffit area before installing the new vinyl soffit. What I discovered is that they simply slapped the new soffit over top of the old, which further restricts ventilation to the attic. About this same time, I discovered a section of gutter that American Home Contractors installed was pitched incorrectly and did not drain properly. Sadly, this is what you get with many companies nowadays. I am very happy I found him (sorry for the gushing), and I'll be using Holliday Home Improvements for future projects. Don, a.k.a. Mike Holmes, has a "get it right the first time" philosophy.

Don was very professional. He was always honest and direct. He answered my emails and telephone calls promptly. From start to finish he would always follow up with me to ensure my needs were being met. He was very reasonably priced and I felt he cared about me as a customer. It was a pleasure working with Don.

Don recommended an excellent product to replace my roof. His crews were prompt and completed the entire job in one day -- just in time for a thunderstorm! The price was competitive and it was a pleasure to work with Don. The house looks better than ever and I no longer have to worry about leaks and shingles flying off. Excellent!

Don responded promptly to our request and spent over an hour describing the work needed to repair our leak and put new shingles on the entire roof. The materials were delivered on time and the work crew, about 8 or 9 men arrived the next day and completed all of the work in one day. Don came by several times during the work day and made a thorough review of the completed job with us. I would highly recommend his firm for any roofing or siding work.

I would highly recommend Don Holliday. His rate was very good, the crew was well trained, fast and efficient, and clean-up was good. The delay between contract signing and doing the job wad due soley to Mother Nature's generous supply of rain, snow or temperatures too cold to lay shingles. Once we got a good warm day the work was quickly done.

I was very pleased with Holliday Home Improvements. When his workers were delayed with starting my roof, Mr. Holliday drove to my house and personally apologized. They showed up the next day and finished in one day. My front yard was spotless!
