I need new concrete steps on the front of my home. I received a written estimate within 24 hours from the time measurments were done. Mr. Holliday and his staff were very professional. The job was completed in a timely manner and Mr. Holliday was there to inspect the finish job. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. I will be using this company again.

Mr. Holliday was prompt in getting back with me when I called him. Even though he couldn't be on the job site all the time ,and I didn't expect him to, he always stopped by to make sure what was going on. His price was compatible with other quotes and his timeline was the same. We had some issues with weather delaying things but you can't fiight mother nature. Other than that he completed the work on time and I am very pleased with it. I would definately hire him again.

An excellent experience. Don contacted me minutes after I entered my request on-line. He was not available to go to my house that day and I explained that I had to go with whoever could get their first, so he got there. He said he didn't want to lose a job. He examined the job, determined a course of action, had a quote to me that evening and completed the work the next day. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and I will certainly use them again.

I have hired Holiday Home Improvements but due to weather they have not had the opportunity to do the project yet. Please late me rate them after project completions. As far as submitting an estimate/proposal, they were, by far, the most complete and detailed contractor we found. The proposal provided us the most confidence you can have at this stage of the process. At this stage they have 5 stars from us.

I hired this company and they did a great looking job...initially. They got at least 1 big job from our community property management group too from my job. However, when the sidewalk started chipping and cracking after a year I called and emailed multiple times over the next few months but I heard nothing back. I tried again about 6 months later with the same outcome. To date I have heard nothing. I honestly thought they were out of business until I saw their lawn sign in the neighborhood recently.

Working with Don Holliday was a pleasure from start to finish. He answered all our questions clearly and patiently, both before and during the job. He also made helpful suggestions for improving the design for our new stoop and sidewalk . His quote was very reasonable for the amount of work done. I could see how much attention he and his crew of two paid to detail. The finished product was beautiful, and the project was finished on time.

During the drive way replacement, a large sink hole was uncovered. Don and his team took immediate steps to mitigate damage, completeed the job, and still came in line with the original estimate. Consumate professionals who I would recommend to all.
