Very well. I interviewed several window installers. Unicorp was the best in terms of price and product (Vytex Windows). I have recommended the company to several other homeowners.

Wow, Just Wow! From the salesperson Doug, The coordinator Megan and they saved the best for last the install crew lead by Pawel K. My windows in my house had all turned to fog and I have a highway behind my house which you could hear every car that passed by. I invited 4 different window and door companies to my house and by far Doug was one of the most professional and helpful of the window companies. We discuss sound issues and he recommended Laminate Glass, we also went through details of the insulation, doors etc. after talking to all 4 companies I sent them all each other quotes and Doug really wanted our business and came back with the best price and warranty. I never felt pressured to work with Unicorp but they kept me informed of what deals they had for my situation. Thank you, Doug, for being Fantastic! Once the sale was complete, within 48 hours I was contacted by Pawel who was the lead for installing the windows. I provided him with times I could be home and he drove in late to measure all my windows, which I really appreciated. During the measuring, he explained the install process and the details of how they would seal and wrap the windows. Later that week I was contacted by Megan who kept me informed of what stage the windows and doors were in and how long it would be for the completion. She was also very flexible in determining dates that I could take off work and be there for the install. The best part was the install. a 2 and 1/2 day process. Pawel and his crew were fantastic. I can't tell you how professional they were in keeping my house clean, trying to keep the house warm in the winter and they really seemed to pay a lot of attention to detail. Anytime I had a question they would go out of their way to explain what they were doing and how. Its rare I am able to trust people so quickly but they are soo professional and really took pride in their work. It really showed that they cared. When I decide to replace my siding I will 100% hire Unicorp again and I will highly recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for your professionalism and hard work!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I wish I had some before and after pictures. Amazing job, my house looks 100 times better.

From the first contact to the final installation and follow up calls, Unicorp gets an A+. The sales meeting was handled professionally, all calls to the office were answered quickly, and the installation went perfectly. The installation crew were polite, neat and did a great job. The weather outside today is freezing, and my house is nice and toasty warm. Price was reasonable too!

On a Saturday, I ran into a problem stowing a tilt window after cleaning it. The window would not close .completly. I called their office and was surprised that the president of Unicorp , Brian Weil, answered the phone. Brian could not have been more helpful. He coached me to close the window. After several tires, the window still would not close completely. That’s when Brian personally drove to my house and got the window closed. This was truly service beyond expectations. I would definitely recommend Unicorp. They really care about their customers.

Brian was a perfect representative as a salesman as well as the owner. The 2 men that didi the installation were on time, did a great job and left no mess behind. When I called ro received calls the receptionist was always pleasant. The rooms are quieter, no air leakining in, and look great. I highly recommend them!

I did not hire this company, but I was impressed by the professionalism shown when I had an estimate. I might have gone with this company, but I had two other quotes that were much cheaper from companies that seemed of equal quality. I would still recommend haring them out, for others interested in a new roof.

I reached out to Unicorp as part of getting 3 bids on replacing the windows and slider in our home, and found them from Angie's List. From the first sales meeting to project completion I found everyone at Unicorp professional and willing to go above and beyond to keep us happy. The Sales meeting was educational, no pressure, and timely. The salesperson (Doug) was highly responsive to my follow-up questions. Price he presented was very competitive - not the least expensive of the bids, but close... and definitely much less than the higher priced bid. Their administrator (Megan) was also highly responsive and made sure to confirm for all meetings, follow-ups, etc. I was as concerned about the installation as the windows themselves, since a good installation is even more critical than the product. Pawel (project manager) and his team excelled in this area. Very prompt, very courteous, and they took time to analyze the specific condition of the house and installed the windows accordingly. And they did a great job cleaning up after installation, too. Ex: the garage was open the whole day and leaves blew into the garage (it was a windy day). They cleaned the leaves out of the garage before they left. Not surprisingly, there were a couple product related issues that came up, and each was handled with a "We'll take care of it." with no hesitation. Finally, they windows they use appear of solid quality, have good specifications, and look nice. I'd consider them a mid-level window, and good value for what you get. Obviously time will tell how they hold up, but the warranty on parts and labor is lifetime (and transferable), so any future issues should be covered. I'm already talking to them about another project, and wouldn't hesitate recommending them for any window replacement.

The window replacement was first and went very quickly. The windows are great quality. The storm doors and new rear door were also installed quickly and well. The siding job took much longer, but the work done was done well and the workers were very thorough with installing the flashing and trim. Unicorp's estimate was a bit more than other estimates we received, but we were impressed with their customer recommendations and their work.

We reached out to Unicorp for a quote on windows. When David came out for the quote, I doubled-down and asked for a quote on roofing, trim and gutters as well. He spent plenty of time with us, discussed our options, time frames, color choices/recommendations and realistic expectations for the job. After meeting with David, we felt confident that Unicorp would meet our needs. We signed a contract for everything - windows, roofing, trim and gutters. The roof was the first be installed. Tear off and install happened over 2 days. The crew was early and courteous. They did a wonderful job! There was actually one young man who spent a TON of time walking around just looking for nails. They even used a magnet bar to help look for nails in the landscaping. In fact, since they were here, we've only found 3-4 nails. The roof looks AMAZING, and the work was done efficiently and neatly! They even added in a ridge vent that was non-existent before, and ensured that everything was exactly how we wanted it. Roof was installed 3-4 weeks after contract, which was the time quoted at time of signing contract. Next to go was the trim (which lasted 2 days), then followed by gutters the next day. The trim - wow, wow, wow...next to the new color of the roof? ...wow, wow, wow... We went from an ugly reddish brown to black roof with white trim and bronze colored gutters. Classically beautiful to completely renovate and update our home - which was previously fairly monochromatic - red brown roof, brown gutters, brown windows and brick...ugh. Trim and gutter guys were in and out and I could see the project coming to fruition! Trim and gutters went on the week after the roof. The last stage of the process was the windows. I thought I was impressed up to this part...but the windows...oh, the windows. OH THE WINDOWS!!!!!!!!! Holy gorgeous windows!! We can't stop looking at/through them! So well made. So nice. We signed up for the casements, and the are just fantastic. The hardware is nice, the handles fold in, and the opening slides smoothly. They actually had a window install cancellation, so we got these in the week after the trim and gutters. Install happened in one day. No mess was left, the installers were courteous and professional and I came home to amazingly beautiful windows. Of import, I can and did notice a huge difference immediately in the air movement in the home , or lack thereof as it was. I also have noticed that the home feels tighter, and there is no doubt they will be substantially more energy efficient than what we had! I didn't keep exact dates, but I believe full performance on the contract occurred between 6-7 weeks of contract. We could not be any happier! Working with Unicorp was by far the most enjoyable contracting experience we have ever had. This is THE company to hire.

Brian Weil's enthusiasm for my project and careful attention to all details made this a very easy process. In helping me select windows, he considered the security, utility, ease of use and appearance of each window from the inside and outside. The order lead time was 6-8 weeks. His installers arrived promptly, were efficient, and completed the entire installation in 2 days, The aluminum coil trim was uniformly installed on each window, greatly improving the overall appearance of my house. They were careful in my house and removed all debris after the job was completed.

It went very well. This is a quality product. The installation was fast and good.

The salesman was very helpful with information and options. He provided photos of sliding glass doors that they have installed elsewhere. The installation went well. Several years ago, they replaced all my windows. I was satisfied with that work and I am satisfied with the sliding glass door work. I recommend them. The cost below is just for the sliding glass door and its installation.

From my experience with Unicorp, I was extremely satisfied for the following reasons: their end-product provided excellent protection and was very attractive; they had a great warranty (labor and materials, duration) with their company sized and structured to be around for the long-term to be able to honor that warranty if needed; they took the necessary precautions to insure that no damage would occur to my driveway, lawn, deck and shrubs during their work; their clean-up was very effective; their price was affordable and very reasonable in comparison to the other companies that came-out to ***** and cost-out the work; their on-site supervision and crew size were appropriate for completing the work when promised; communications with their salesman and office staff were timely and effective.

The sales person was very informative and helpful. When I was ready to sign the contract, he came back to my house for that. The measuring person arrived when stated and made the measurements. The installers actually arrived early. They removed the old vertical blind and disposed of it as I requested. They installed the new door. They didn't install the security bar and said that I hadn't requested it. I actually liked the look of the door without the security bar. I talked to the people at the office. They said that I could call back in a few days and say whether I wanted a technician to come by to install the security bar or not. If not, they would refund the cost of the security bar. In a few days, I said that I didn't want the bar. I eventually received the refund. If I have another need of Unicorp, I will hire them again.

The entire project went very well. Brian explained all of our options very clearly and was committed to helping us find the windows and doors that worked for us. He was responsive throughout the process. The installers arrived on time and did the work in a very professional manner. The was one small issue related to our alarm system, but Brian worked with me to resolve it satisfactorily and quickly. We would definitely hire Unicorp again the next time we need to replace windows and doors.

The work done by the company was excellent. They were quick and efficient. The finished product looks great. My only issue was drip edge was not installed. When I asked about it they agreed to install it. My neighbor who is a building inspector said it is a requirement in the county so I'm unsure why it was not installed to begin with. Overall though I highly recommend the company. They were very easy to work with and it was obvious their main goal was to make sure we were happy with the finished product.

The entire process was a pleasure from start to finish. My sales person, Alex, was punctual, professional and did not make me feel pressured into making a purchase. The windows are beautiful! I have been researching replacement windows for quite a while and was very particular about what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Unicorp nailed it...thank you!

They shouldn't list Baltimore in their service area. Had a couple fire doors I wanted installed on my garage at one of my rental properties. but before I could even detail beyond the first door the guy on the phone (didn't catch his name) said it wasn't big enough of a job to justify the drive. I didn't even bother to explain I had more work because he was so quick to shoot the job down. Not interested in proving my worth as a customer to a company. Based on reviews, I guess this company gets too much work as it is. Yet another reason to not list Baltimore in their service area. I'd estimate the job would've cost at least $3,000 based on other estimates I got so if you're not really close to them or have a job higher than that, don't bother.

Extremely well. The salesman Scutch was professional and knowledgable, the measure and install was good, and even though there was a hitch with one of the Windows and it needed to be replaced after the install, that also was handled very well.

Installed Hardie plank cement siding. Workmanship was excellent, job site cleanliness and safety were excellent. Price was competitive -not lowest and not highest - detail work on window trim-out and caulking were outstanding. After a year of weather job still looks brand new - no sagging, warping, twisting. On time and on budget. Great experience.

From initial enquiry to final details of clean-up, the entire project was far, far above expectations. Every staff member I dealt with -- receptionist, marketing specialist, field crew, foreman -- was completely professional, honest and straightforward, very experienced, and always patient and pleasant. The end result is a beautiful siding job, perfectly planned and installed, that really increases the value of our house. Unicorp should be a model for all service companies, in any field.

The installation has surpassed my expectations. The installation was nothing leads than pure craftsmanship and the windows are of the highest quality.

Unicorp was amazing to work with -- the installation was on time, super efficient, clean, and the windows are beautiful! I asked them to come back and add a peep-site on the door and fix a messed up area of caulk, they did it quickly and with now complaints. Brian, the CEO, came out to check on the job and to show me how to use the windows. Unicorps did a great job!!

Unicorp was highly recommended by our local handyman and they fulfilled all of our expectations. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, the prices competitive, and the work was performed in a professional and punctual manner. A year later, our house was burglarised, resulting in a broken window, which Unicorp offered to replace free of charge. We are very much indebted to Brian and his colleagues at Unicorp for their assistance, and would not hesitate to use them or recommend them in the future.
