Description of Work: They trimmed up one tree and took down the another, They had to taken down some fence sections and when they were finished they put back up the fence back up. They cleared the area of the tree sections. Tim and his staff were very friendly and professional.

+ -1 moreI was not in the area when he came, but the estimate was ready and in my mailbox when I came back. It certainly came in a timely fashion. The estimate was for about $525. I have used them in the past several years ago as a friend’s referral and had very good results. They came out when they said. They did a thorough job and a thorough cleanup. He cannot be with the stump grinder on my lawn right now because of the weather. Tim has kept in touch with me. He said the stump grinder would tear up my lawn when it comes up because of the wet weather. I regard that as him being considerate of me. Tim has been around for many, many years and I know him. He is not good with communication, but when he comes he does a thorough job and does anything that we ask of them. He never overcharges either. He has done pruning for me in the past, and for my next door neighbor he has done extensive pruning. They have had no complaints. Tim is excellent in his work, but he is not a good communicator. He does things a little bit in Tim time as I call it. It could be annoying for some people, but it is okay with me. I have no problems. I would totally recommend his work. He is organized, and I have never had any problem with his workers.
Description of Work: I contacted Tim Mente Tree Expert to get an estimate for the pruning of a large oak tree and to remove and grind seven stumps.

+ -1 moreAmazing. The crew came in, cut off the limbs and cut the tree down - in about 10 minutes. The remainder of the work was done by Tim and it was all completed (start to finish) in about 40 minutes. They arrived on time and scheduled the work in very quickly, even though many areas had been hit hard by this storm.
Description of Work: Cut down 15-yr old maple tree that had been damaged by storm. Damaged limb was in yard; house not impacted. Also ground out stump that was remaining after tree was cut down.

+ -1 moreWe looked into a few tree removal companies. Tim had the lowest rates. The work went well. He was efficient and nice, and he did a really good job. However, getting ahold of him can be a little difficult.

+ -1 moreWe made an appointment to have an estimate done for the work. He never showed or called the day of the appointment. Several days later he left a message saying he was "doing estimates again tomorrow" and did we want him to stop by. After the first no show, we decided not to respond. Much to our surprise he did stop out, but att that point the work was completed.
Description of Work: We needed several stumps removed from our yard.
