At first I was skeptical when I met Logan from Exteriormax and he offered to inspect our roof for free after a hail storm. He said if he found any damages, he would process an insurance claim on our behalf. He made a thorough inspection marking and photographing anywhere there appeared to be damages. After the initial submission, the insurance company agreed to only pay for a few minor repairs, claiming since it is a 20 year old roof, and most of the damages was normal wear. Logan, however pressed on and got a second round of reviews with another inspector from the insurance company. After multiple rounds of negotiating by Logan and the Exteriormax team, we were thrilled to find that we got the entire roof replaced with our only out-of-pocket costs being our deductible. We were so thankful for the persistent efforts by Logan and Exteriormax. Once the insurance claim was finalized we signed with Exteriormax and their crew came our and completed the job in one day. The new roof looks fantastic and all we paid was our deductible! We would highly recommend Logan and Exteriormax based on our experience!

ExteriorMax was fantastic, living up to their claim of a full roof replacement at no expense to me (beyond the deductible on my insurance policy)! They used the highest quality materials and did not overlook fine details in the construction. My insurance company put up such a resistance to my claim that it never would have possible on my own. The team of ExteriorMax staff included negotiators and a public adjustor. Justin M was so personable, knowledgeable, and responsive from start to finish, guiding me through the entire process and providing clear answers to my every question. Adam S pulled off a feat that was nothing short of magical when it came time to schedule the job. The construction team was timely and professional. In summary, ExteriorMax recognized the need, valued me as a person, and performed quality work. This company is a gem in a crowded industry and I'm so glad I decided to work with them.

Chidi helped me to go through all the process with my insurance company. Yes they helped me to file the claim and it covered the roof installation and dry wall repairs. Chidi is super gentle and very patient to explain every single step, came over for all inspections(roof and third floor dry wall) to make sure the inspector captured all issues, helped me to coordinate with drone inspection and followed up the installation. This has been one of the best experiences I've had with a company in Maryland. I had some major damage to my roof and my neighbors recently had their roof replaced. They were raving about their experience so they referred me to Exteriormax. Chidi was my go to person for all communication. He was responsive to all my texts and emails and concerns. Really good guy and wonderful to work with. The organization of this company is amazing. They are excellent with dealing with slow and unresponsive insurance companies to make sure your claim goes through. The day of roof replacement, the roofers were punctual and efficient. They did a great job. I never thought I'd want to stare at my roof for hours but I really like the quality and style. They even upgraded me with high quality shingles. The team was great; on time and complete. Angel and his crew did a great job at installing and cleaning up before leaving. Even through the price was a little higher than other bids, they were able to do my roof in a quick fashion but not jeopardize quality. The roof looks great and the new skylights provide much better protection. I would recommend!
