All technicians should have credit card swiper. I didn't like having my credit card read over the phone.

Quality of work was great. Great local business that knows there stuff. Fare exchange no robbery. Of course every thing is high when you dont want to pay a high price. Definitely didn't get over charged, have to pay for quality. A+

Brought Triple Ice in for a 2nd opinion. I found my assigned Technician "Steve" to be timely, knowledgeable and personable. Steve came up with a similar diagnosis, but recommended a far less expensive solution that worked like a charm. A one-year work guaranteed was also provided. If I ever have a problem again, I be sure to call Triple Ice first.
