Very unprofessional. They did the exact opposite of what I wrote down and never even submitted a report, which they agreed to produce for a pre-determined fee we agreed on. Called numerous times looking for the report so the church cold get the insurance monies and get their project started and they never called back.

They showed up at the appointed time and promptly replaced the kitchen faucet; neat, clean, and no leaks.

Jerry arrived on time immediately commenced work and finished in a reasonable time. He left the area clean and fully repaired. I would highly recommend Jerry for any plumbing work.

Service was timely, friendly and efficient. The problem was identified very quickly and the serviceman had all tools and supplies on hand to complete the repair. He also tightened another fixture that was dripping but not broken and gave helpful advice about plumbing maintenance and repairs. He was also able to install a new kitchen faucet - not part of the initial order - saving me a second appointment and preempting an imminent leak and equipment failure.

The plumber Ben Franklin sent was fabulous! He was prompt, professional, and did high quality work. I would recommend him without reservation. Great job!

The gentleman from Ben Franklin got my hot water boiler relit after my basement got flooded. Was relit twice by another handyman. Thought it was a lost cause but he was able to do potentially saving me thousands of dollars!
