I ran across this website when looking for a plumber. Used it got the name of 3 pros in my area, before I had a chance to do any homework on the companies - Ben Franklin called said they could have someone out within hours for a service fee of $49. Too much paper in the toilet - grandchildren, don't you love them! In one hour the plumber was at my door, walked in assess the situation, quoted a price for the work, went to the truck to obtain the snake, did his thing, filled out more paperwork, tried to sell me a service agreement - collected my check for $150. and was out of here in less than 15 minutes. I'm thining about buying me a snake

I would say that the service was great, plumber was punctual and professional. Service charge was expensive than usual but overall i'm pleased.

I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They were on time, did an excellent job, and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves.

Carlos arrived within the hour specified. Although it wasn't necessary, he covered his feet to walk through the house. He was able to quickly diagnosis both my issues and provide separate estimates for each task. He worked quickly and completed the task that I requested and was done in less than an hour.

On time, poitile, knowledgeable, artifculate and more than anything helpful. He explained everything so that I could understand. I also now have a plan to make some other improvements. I will recommend them again and again!!

I contacted ServiceMagic on Sunday, February 28 for a plumbing contactor. Within 5 minutes after I made the request, the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing contacted me to set up an appointment for the next day. The representative arrived on time and provided me with informatiion on water heaters and a price quote. After I accepted the terms, he immediately contacted his office for the delivery of the unit. The representative installed the water heater in a professional manner and ensured that the unit was working before me left. I would use this contactor again.

When I made the appt. they said it would be a FREE estimate. When the tech came he gave me an estimate, since this was my first estimate I told him I would think about it and get back with them. He then informed me their was a $75 service call and he needed payment imediately. After a heated discussion and reducing the estimate by 10% I agreed to get the job done then. He said he had all the parts needed and could complete the job in 2hrs. Turns out he didn't have the replacement faucet with him and had to call it in. He started removing the old faucets, the new one was delivered in 30 min. The job took about 3hrs. Overall the work was well

They were very prompt, organized and very clean.

Although BF Plumbing was prompt and efficient, at $612 for two electric thermostats and two heater elements, including a $75 show-up charge, I thought they were over priced. That's why I rated them FAIR. Had I been in the state, I would have bought a new heater for $400 and installed it myself.

Good service, job well done - extremely expensive!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a good job at clearing a clog in on of my drains. They were prompt to my Service Magic request and showed up on time. The price was a little higher than I had hoped for.
